The countertransference, in these cases, is intensely activated. The author thus considers in greater depth this utilization of the word traducere by evoking the case of a patient who, from the very beginning of her treatment, aroused countertransference affects in the analyst resulting in experiences of intrusion, strange familiarity, and the double. The question of the double, its dimension of uncanniness, anxiety in connection with ego-disorganization and persecutory experience, is evoked. As the sessions unfold, the patient develops an idealizing transference, followed by feelings of disappointment that she links to an interpretation of the analyst. She then begins to recognize her ambivalence, a first attempt at psychic elaboration which permits the translation-transformation of her unconscious thoughts. Thus the transition from a narcissistic cathexis to a cathexis where homosexuality has a structuring effect is envisaged as a incipient translation opening towards otherness.","PeriodicalId":39715,"journal":{"name":"Revue Francaise de Psychanalyse","volume":"85 1","pages":"355-366"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76055009","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

His writing is not so much the continuation of a psychoanalysis but rather a questioning about the relationships between the foreign and the familiar that led him to analysis as well as, before and after, towards different changes of representative containers. The use that he makes of a language that is not his mother tongue establishes an archaic object-relation, his self-translation supports a fantasy functioning as a process, and all of this is more comparable to a bodily mediation, and even a self-hypnotic trance, than to a classical analysis.","PeriodicalId":39715,"journal":{"name":"Revue Francaise de Psychanalyse","volume":"97 1 1","pages":"331-341"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76288060","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

What can be said about the purposive ideas of translators when they stamp their mark on a translated text, whether in the name of scientificity, authenticity or the strange opacity of familiar language? How does the transference function between the translator who is excited by the original and the reader who, in spite of everything, is eager to read the text? The resistance of the original text, the inevitable loss of polysemies, the impossibility of exporting the syntactic rhythm, and the lexicographical reductions that the translator necessarily effects require considerable modesty. And yet this modesty clashes with the ambiguous power of these go-betweens between languages, who refer to very disparate aims and legacies. In examining a number of translations in English and in French, the author reveals the radical heterogeneity of diverse projects and looks at the vicissitudes of the role of destructiveness inherent in the act of translation.","PeriodicalId":39715,"journal":{"name":"Revue Francaise de Psychanalyse","volume":"20 1","pages":"279-289"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89793210","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A la fois psychanalyste et traducteur de Freud, Laplanche a developpe une theorie traductive de la genese de l’inconscient qui s’inscrit dans sa « theorie de la seduction generalisee ». L’auteur s’eloigne ici de la stricte acception laplanchienne de la « detraduction » comme synonyme d’interpretation analytique. En s’appuyant a la fois sur des experiences decrites par Freud et Proust et sur un exemple clinique, elle montre comment la « detraduction », entendue comme surgissant lors de brefs vacillements perceptifs, peut mettre a jour les « intraduits » de la situation analytique et susciter un mouvement d’elaboration, de (re)traduction chez l’analysant comme chez l’analyste. La detraduction apparait ici comme un mouvement indispensable au travail de traduction non seulement dans sa dimension d’aller-retour, mais aussi de conflit entre deliaison et liaison, entre experience perceptive et vecu psychique.","PeriodicalId":39715,"journal":{"name":"Revue Francaise de Psychanalyse","volume":"75 1","pages":"303-313"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79614955","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Differencie et indifferencie se melent alors pour tenter de faire face au danger de la pleine lumiere. De plus, indifference et indifferencie ont un lien de proximite. L’indifference est le peu, voire le tres peu de ressenti chez soi et/ou chez l’autre. L’indifference conduit vers l’indifferencie et la disparition. Mais l’indifferencie est une voie pour ne pas traduire, ne pas eclaircir et surtout ne pas et etre efface. L’indifferencie peut se presenter comme une tentative pour ne pas disparaitre. La non-indifference releve de l’intime et l’intime ne repose-t‑il pas sur une part suffisante de non-traduit ? Le refus de traduire ou la repugnance a traduire sont lies a la conservation d’une part de flou. Et contrairement a ce que l’on pourrait croire, le flou sauve les contours. Cette zone d’imprecision protege de la coupure, du detachement de la separation brutale. L’eloignement de la traduction pourrait laisser la place au reve, au non connu sur lequel on s’appuie. Si le sens est dans les interstices et est lui-meme interstices, il convient peut-etre de ne pas hâter la traduction. La traduction est situee a la limite de ce qui est hallucine.","PeriodicalId":39715,"journal":{"name":"Revue Francaise de Psychanalyse","volume":"1 1","pages":"323-330"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75718693","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

C’est aussi poser des mots sur ce qui n’a pas de dimension materielle tout en l’apprehendant par ses effets : l’inconscient, afin de se rendre comprehensible pour autrui. Des lors, en introduisant l’antisemantique du langage, Lagache pose des enigmes. Ainsi, en prenant l’exemple linguistique de la traduction de « Malaise dans la culture/civilisation », il s’agit de montrer comment, par son ecriture, Freud deploie des le titre tout un programme psychanalytique. De meme, avec Laplanche nous interrogerons les intraduits et le mythosymbolique en en appelant a l’ethique. Puis nous montrerons par des exemples cliniques de sujets allochtones l’articulation entre demande et soin quand la traduction se fait complexe, car prise au risque de l’erotique de la confusion des langues. Le corps devient alors le representant de la pulsion lorsque le sujet ne parvient pas, ou mal, a articuler une autre langue que sa langue premiere.","PeriodicalId":39715,"journal":{"name":"Revue Francaise de Psychanalyse","volume":"28 1","pages":"377-387"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76420183","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
