In this study, the applicability of the impact force of the debris flow acting on the check dam was reviewed using the calculation formula. Numerical simulations were conducted through the finite difference method according to changes in slope and flow velocity, and governing equations were used to satisfy the conservation laws of mass and momentum. In addition, the impact force of Austria, which is mountainous terrain, was calculated and analyzed. As a result of the numerical simulation, as the slope became steeper, the peak value of the impact force increased and the supply flow rate increased. It was also found that the peak of the impact force occurred continuously over time, rather than occurring only when the bottom of the waterway was reached. To examine the cases in which crisis alerts were issued, there are various types, such as sequential issues from the level “Attention” through the level of “Serious” according to changes in the crisis(COVID-19), the issue of the level “Caution-Serious” with the spread of damage after maintaining the level “Attention” (African Swine Fever), and the issue of the level “Serious” due to large-scale damage as soon as a disaster occurs (Fire). The crisis alert is the starting point for the control of crises, and the response method should differ depending on the crisis of the disaster. This study developed a crisis warning judgment cube based on the possibility of identifying crisis symptoms, the possibility of linked damage, and the possibility of expanding the scope of damage. In addition, by classifying 41 types of disasters into 8 types according to the current laws and institutions, a crisis alert operation plan suitable for the characteristics was presented. With so much power concentrated on the president, the president's vacancy can lead to a serious power vacuum. Whether this crisis can be resolved and turned into a stable phase is entirely left to the decision maker, the Constitutional Court. It might be wrong to leave the final judgment to the judicial branch even though the presidential impeachment is a political dispute. But the political nature of the presidential impeachment does not automatically make the Constitutional Court's decision political. Rather, the stronger the political character, the more faithful the Constitutional Court will try to be to the literary and logical interpretation based on normative principles. In most categories, employees at the lower level (Level 4/Level 5-7) are negatively evaluated by the organizational culture compared to those at the upper level (Level 1-2). It can be seen that there is a difference in perception between generations. The 'meetings', 'communication' and 'manager engagement' categories were below average. In particular, the communication item appeared to be the lowest score. The organizational culture that should be improved at the organizational level is 'meeting', 'report', 'overtime', and 'communication'. Especially among employees, 'generation'·' Department'·' Various efforts are needed to promote region-specific communication. As a result of the study, it was found that the policy effectiveness of the disaster relief funds had a direct influence on the effectiveness of disaster relief funds, policy satisfaction, and policy attitude. In particular, it was found that the overall policy effectiveness and economic effectiveness were affected by the perception of the effectiveness of disaster relief funds. However, social effectiveness was found to be relatively affected by policy satisfaction. Considering the analysis results, it is interpreted that the point of attention in determining the policy effectiveness is affected by the possibility and effectiveness of policy means. And, it is judged that the perception of social effectiveness, which is a factor in judging the subjective area, is highly related to policy satisfaction, which is distinguished from the achievement of policy goals. The results are as follows. The trends between the social responsibility index and the KOSPI200 are very similar and highly correlated. In addition, the average return of the social responsibility index is lower than that of the KOSPI200, the standard deviation is larger, and the gap between them in the post-COVID-19 period is larger than in the previous period. granger causal analysis showed that the social responsibility index and KOSPI200 have strong antecedents in both directions, and this phenomenon is more evident in the post-COVID-19 period. Based on these results, the differentiation and usefulness of the social responsibility index in Korea is currently low and the usefulness is declining, but it is expected that the interest and impact on it will increase in the future.
