In this study, an IBA inundation risk assessment was performed for the 16 cities, counties and districts in Busan, where inundation damage frequently occurs due to heavy rain in the summer. In the risk assessment process, four evaluation items(Hazard, Exposure, Vulnerability, and Capacity) were established through detailed indicators that directly and indirectly affect inundation from 2019 to 2021. Also, normalization and entropy weight method were applied to each detailed indicator. Afterwards, the inundation risk index was calculated using the euclidean distance, and changes in the inundation risk of each city, county and district were confirmed by year using the inundation risk index. As a result, Haeundae-gu and Busanjin-gu were selected as inundation vulnerable areas in Busan. Therefore, the velocity measurements using a non-contact type flowmeter is more effective and easy to use. The generally used average velocity conversion factor 0.85 does not take into account the regional characteristics such as curves of a river, bed materials which consequentially affects the vertical flow characteristics. Therefore, considering the those characteristics of irrigation channels of two small reservoirs (Ssangam and Hangye reservoir), results showed that the gentle bed slope of irrigation channel of the Ssangam reservoir, has a velocity conversion factor of 1.06 and the depth-averaged velocity of V0.6, was measured to be higher compared to the surface velocity. On the other hand, velocity conversion factor of 0.83 was computed in case of Hangye reservoir with a relatively sharp bed slope, which is similar to the generally used velocity conversion factor of 0.85. This is expected to bring significant changes to the domestic aviation industry and educational institutions. Moreover, challenges are anticipated due to a shortage of pilots caused by the COVID-19 Endemic and related facility inadequacies. Therefore, this study conducts a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the training infrastructure for pilots at domestic universities, focusing on Muan Airport. It aims to identify problems and constraints, as well as propose solutions and cooperation models by conducting parallel research on foreign cases. A data survey was collected from August 15 to September 2, 2021 among 172 nurses working in comprehensive nursing care service of higher general hospitals and general hospitals in cities C and P. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. As a results, the more positively the nurses perceived the ethical climate of the organization, and the higher the nursing professionalism, the better the person-centered care. And nursing professionalism mediated the relationship between ethical climate and person-centered care. The study site was Okgye, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do, where a forest fire occurred in 2019. Biochar was mixed to increase soil, and therefore, changes were observed. The soil moisture content was about 21% higher in the biochar treatment plot than in the control plot, and the arrival time was about 3 hours longer. It was observed that the retention time of moisture infiltrated into the soil is increased in plot treated with soil moisturizer. The change in soil moisture was also affected by rainfall characteristics. Higher precipitation and longer non-rain period led to higher soil moisture in the treatment plot compared to the control plot. When the days without rainfall was within 7days, there was a significant difference in soil moisture between the control plot and treatment plot. As a result of deriving a fire brigade suppression probability model based on actual fire experience data over the past five years, 17 cities and provinces were able to be grouped into 3 for which, Log-normal or Gamma based probability models are developed. To this end, 30 transcript of children aged 5 to 15 years who were independently interviewed by police officer and the interview expert were analyzed. As a result, the difference between the groups in the amount of questions and details was not significant. The police group used direct questions, option-posing, and suggestive questions significantly more than the expert group. The children reported significantly more information through suggestive questions in police officer interview, but significantly more information through invitations in expert interview. The expert group mainly used invitations in the beginning, gradually increasing the amount of direct questions, but still frequently used invitations and facilitation until the end. Despite its terminology, new risks can already identify risk management issues and targets from disaster experiences and various environmental signals rather than new risks, and based on this, it is necessary to approach them as newly focused risks rather than conceptual limitations of completely new risks. The core task of predicting and responding to new risks is the negative ripple effect of new risks, and a wide range of response mechanisms and systems are needed to prepare for them, and due to the nature of modern society, it is necessary to focus and strengthen capabilities based on a wide range of monitoring systems and data-based analysis scenarios. This study is to analyze the debris flow mechanism by applying the multiplier of the vulnerable area debris flow prediction model presented by USACE to the erosion or sedimentation model. The higher the typhoon category, the higher the debris flow peak value, and the frequency of peaks of flow discharge with long durations increased. Analysis of changes in vegetation density showed that the initial peak value of the debris flow reaching the bottom was highest due to dense vegetation, and high-amplitude fluctuations appeared due to energy dissipation. In the case of heavy rainfall, the peak value of debris flow increased by more than 22%, and fluctuations of flow discharge occurred earlier at the elapsed time. In addition, debris flow fluctuations with high wave heights appeared, and the high-amplitude band width also appeared to be quite long. In the aviation sector, even before the enforcement of the Serious Accident Punishment Act, the role and responsibility of CEO have long been emphasized through the application of the SMS or HFACS proposed by the ICAO. However, it was not clear what to do legally if such roles and responsibilities were not fulfilled. During COVID-19, many pointed out that Korean low-cost carrier managers lacked interest and investment in flight safety, and that they lacked consideration for recognition and immunity of mistakes to encourage employees to report on company safety issues.
