As a results, the more positively the nurses perceived the ethical climate of the organization, and the higher the nursing professionalism, the better the person-centered care. And nursing professionalism mediated the relationship between ethical climate and person-centered care. Abstract

This study is a descriptive research study conducted to identify the effects of nursing professionalism on the relationship between ethical climate and person-centered care among nurses in comprehensive nursing care service. A data survey was collected from August 15 to September 2, 2021 among 172 nurses working in comprehensive nursing care service of higher general hospitals and general hospitals in cities C and P. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. As a results, the more positively the nurses perceived the ethical climate of the organization, and the higher the nursing professionalism, the better the person-centered care.
