Additionally, damage cases due to abnormal weather occur every year due to lack of practical disaster measures. This study categorized risk characteristics based on the elapsed years and the scale of human and facility damage downstream for 13,118 reservoirs under the jurisdiction of local governments, which can provide location and attribute information. It proposed priority management strategies for each category. 9,139(69%) of the analyzed subjects were identified as priority types for facility maintenance and management, 6,044(46%) were identified as priority types for downstream damage prevention support projects, and 3,495(26%) were identified as priority types for an EAP(Emergency Action Plan). Based on this research methodology, it is necessary to analyze the potential risk characteristics of reservoirs and derive reservoirs that are deemed to need management first, and establish basic data to establish management directions for reservoirs and downstream areas.","PeriodicalId":395795,"journal":{"name":"Crisis and Emergency Management: Theory and Praxis","volume":"35 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139307381","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The concept is identified through a reviewing of literature in the theoretical phase, andthen, we conducted in-depth interview using focus group interview to using of fieldwork phase. As a result of this study, nurses' learning agility was classified into four dimensions: sensitivity to change, applicability of experiential learning, responsiveness in relationships, and cognitive flexibility, and was defined by four attributes and 11 indicators. In conclusion, the learning agility of clinical nurses was defined as the ability to quickly recognize situations, to flexibly respond, and to interactively perform nursing practice based on experiential learning in newly and challenging situations. The significance of this study is that it provides a basis for understanding and promoting learning agility by identifying conceptual attributes of learning agility in clinical nurses. Based on the findings of this study, it is suggested to develop a learning agility measurement tool that reflects nurses' learning agility attributes and indicators.","PeriodicalId":395795,"journal":{"name":"Crisis and Emergency Management: Theory and Praxis","volume":"201 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139308017","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Social media data, as an emerging source of big data is increasingly being used to disseminate important information about disasters to the public. This paper explores the usefulness of Weibo data in disaster management by taking the Zhengzhou rainstorm in 2021 as a case. First, based on web crawlers and Weibo API, this study obtained Weibo posts related to topics of rainstorm. A temporal analysis of related Weibo posts shows that the temporal trend of the number of rainstorm related Weibo posts coincided with the developmental stages of the rainstorm. Second, topic extraction from Weibo content was performed, which found that people discuss different topics on social media in different disaster stages. Finally, the hot keywords of Weibo posts were extracted, which most intuitively expresses people's information exchange during rainstorm. This study demonstrates that disaster information extracted form social media could reflect the public's disaster risk perception and material needs well and have potential to disaster management resource.","PeriodicalId":395795,"journal":{"name":"Crisis and Emergency Management: Theory and Praxis","volume":"61 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139332496","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this purpose, first, the influencing factors of heatwaves were identified through previous studies. Second, a dynamic heatwave model was developed. Third, time series data from 2009 to 2018 were constructed, and the model was applied to Seoul. In this step, scenarios based on the budget were created, and the intensity of heatwaves resulting from changes in variables were measured. The results are as follows: First, the policy factors of heatwaves were classified into the cause and effect of the heatwave group, heatwave mitigation policy group, and heatwave adaptation group, forming a feedback structure. Second, it was observed that a 20% increase in budgets starting from 2040 led to temperature reductions of 1.57°C for the eco-friendly vehicle policy, 0.29°C for the high-efficiency air conditioners policy, 0.06°C for heatwave shelters, and 0.77°C for the creation of green space policy. Third, increasing the budget for heatwave shelters was found to be highly effective in reducing the number of people with heat-related illnesses.","PeriodicalId":395795,"journal":{"name":"Crisis and Emergency Management: Theory and Praxis","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139333788","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The system was developed by the country's judicature without legislative engagement and has continuously been improved as such. Although certain academic fields have attempted to add legally binding forces to the system, little attention has been paid to the sociological and historical contexts of the system. For the purpose of legislating the system, the elements that hinder the legislating process need to be identified. In this study, the sociological and historical concepts of a “nation”, “nationhood”, and “citizenship” are reviewed to understand South Korea's Nationality Act to briefly discuss its post-modern inclination toward homogeneous nationalism. Based on the theoretical examination, the country's judicial interpreting system that lacks legally binding forces and field-focused practical data are suggested as the two missing blocks of complementing the system. As an initiative step, this paper concludes with the analysis of how the system is applied and practiced on different occasions and what elements are left to be improved.","PeriodicalId":395795,"journal":{"name":"Crisis and Emergency Management: Theory and Praxis","volume":"36 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139332389","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A total of 433 participants took part in the online survey. Problematic drinking had a significant positive correlation with impulsiveness, depression, and a significant negative correlation with distress tolerance. According to the process macro analysis, distress tolerance showed a significant partial mediating effect in the effect of impulsiveness on problematic drinking and the effect of depression on problematic drinking. The moderated mediating effect of gender was significant in the effect of impulsiveness on problematic drinking through distress tolerance, and the influence was greater in male than female. The moderated mediating effect of gender was not significant in the effects of depression and distress tolerance on problematic drinking. These results suggest that gender should be considered in the intervention for problematic drinking, and that it is important to reduce impulsiveness and depressed mood and strengthen the ability to tolerate distress in order to reduce problematic drinking in male undergraduates.","PeriodicalId":395795,"journal":{"name":"Crisis and Emergency Management: Theory and Praxis","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127207978","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The 'Counterterrorism Directive of the Ministry of National Defense' is an administrative rule and internal regulation that cannot serve as a legal basis to infringe upon the basic rights of citizens or restrict their freedom. The 'Counterterrorism Directive of the Ministry of National Defense' is an administrative rule and internal regulation that cannot serve as a legal basis to infringe upon the basic rights of citizens or restrict their freedom. There is also a concern that the overlapping involvement of the Defense Counterintelligence Command and the Criminal Investigation Command of the Ministry of National Defense in counterterrorism investigations could lead to confusion during the initial stages of the investigation. Therefore, it is necessary to revise the relevant laws to ensure legal control over the military's counterterrorism investigations and the collection of information on terrorist suspects, and the reevaluation of the counterterrorism investigative agency for military facilities should be conducted.","PeriodicalId":395795,"journal":{"name":"Crisis and Emergency Management: Theory and Praxis","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121976258","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, safety accidents in the military cause property damage and loss of lives, leading to non-combat losses, as well as distrust of the military and reduced combat power, requiring attention and related research on safety. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effect of the safety climate of special warfare forces on organizational effectiveness. The results of this study are as follows. The effects of safety climate on organizational effectiveness were studied and found that safety intervention, safety communication, safety education, physical environment and work risk assessment, safety supervisor's supportive environment, safety work competence, and safety rules and procedures affect organizational effect. However, it was confirmed that the work pressure caused by convenienceism and the level of involvement of the unit members did not affect the organizational effectiveness.","PeriodicalId":395795,"journal":{"name":"Crisis and Emergency Management: Theory and Praxis","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124708039","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
