However, for images with low resolution, the existence of empty boxes will influence the accuracy of fractal dimension. In order to reduce its effect, a new approach ADBC (Actual Differential Box-counting) is proposed in this paper. First, the empty boxes are classified into two categories: real empty boxes and potential ones. Then, the probability of the empty boxes being potential ones under higher resolution is determined by associating the spatial domain relations between the Fractional Brownian surface model and the pixel’s gray-level. Thus, the more accurate fractal dimension can be obtained even if the image resolution is not high enough. A solution for reducing the call drop is proposed. The solution proposed in this work mainly consists of software components, according to which hardware needs to be selected. It also gives the video phone terminal structure, block diagram for H.324M video phone terminal, the main software functional blocks and the algorithm flow chart of sending video data. The call drop rate is significantly reduced by adding user interface module, network status module, bit-error rate calculation module, coding quality control module. This paper, under the system development background, analyzed the merit and shortcoming of Struts and Hibernate framework, integrated Struts and Hibernate framework technology into the system by Spring framework and implemented the college student information management platform. Through framework integraton, the efficiency of system development increases greatly and workload of coding reduces observably. Graph transformation involves rotating, moving, stretching, compressing and scaling objects, thus through the 3-D reconstruction and virtual reality technology to achieve the 3-D digital model and the dynamic virtual display of the geological structure, providing an intuitive prediction on the analysis of the geological structure. By constructing the experiment and analysing their difficulties, maneuverability, coverage rate and rigour, etc, it is concluded that orthogonal method could not only generate test cases more easily and simplify them more efficiently but also make the reduced cases representative. Finally, take calendar of a simulator for exapmle, we use orthogonal experiment to extract its factors and levels, and generate the cases by Test Case Generation Tool which is prorammed in Visual Studio.
