Abstract

The emergency decision system for dangerous chemicals burst leaking accident mainly consists of the dangerous chemicals query system, the decision-making system and the technical support system. The dangerous chemicals query system makes it easy for the users to understand the physical and chemical properties of the leakage chemicals.
