In this paper, Through graph transformation, a simple graph can be generated into a complex graph, and the two-dimensional graph can represent 3-D form, displaying the fast transformation from static graph to dynamic graph. Graph transformation involves rotating, moving, stretching, compressing and scaling objects, thus through the 3-D reconstruction and virtual reality technology to achieve the 3-D digital model and the dynamic virtual display of the geological structure, providing an intuitive prediction on the analysis of the geological structure.
