摘要

本文分析了3G可视电话话费掉线的原因。提出了一种减少掉线的解决方案。本工作提出的解决方案主要由软件组件组成,根据软件组件选择硬件。给出了视频电话终端结构、H.324M视频电话终端框图、主要软件功能模块和发送视频数据的算法流程图。通过增加用户界面模块、网络状态模块、误码率计算模块、编码质量控制模块,大大降低了掉话率。以及利用软件使视频编码器根据当前网络状态和错误率的高低进行不同编码质量的编码。
