The author made a brief introduction of artificial neural network and BP network model in this paper, and also analysis some important problems, such as the parameters selecting, data collecting, processing and network constituting by using the study and forecast samples which from the slope stability of Fuzhou Jin-An Uranium Industry Limited Company, and then setting a prediction model. This paper discusses the slope stability methods and its effectiveness based on the BP neural network. Examples of calculation shows that the using of artificial neural network approaching to the stability of the slope of the forecast can made satisfactory results through the training sample test. This model provides a viable method for the future stability of the slope of such evaluation. An efficient typical multi-view video coding (MVC) coding scheme can exploit temporal, as well as inter-view dependencies between adjacent cameras. This paper discusses the correlation of views and temporal in the different temporal layer and random access performance. We proposes a novel MVC prediction structure based on the analysis of the MVC coding schemes. The prediction structure applies the concept of hierarchical B pictures to inter-view and inter-view prediction to no-anchor images of group of pictures (GOP). In this paper we proposed A Low Power Grid-based Cluster Routing Algorithm of Wireless Sensor Networks (LPGCRA). The characteristic of this algorithm is that the WSN is divided into different grids according to information of the node location, and then the nodes are organized within the grid by the clustering way. The clustering head is chose dynamiclly according to energy dissipation of the cluster nodes, then communicates with BS node through a relaying node. This algorithm is useful to reduce node energy consumption and prolonged life of the system, also enhanced the balance of network load.
