摘要

建筑工程项目,特别是大型建筑工程项目,进度计划中存在多阶段、多层次、多活动、多合作伙伴,活动复杂,流程难度大,对各合作伙伴之间的信息沟通影响很大,导致进度失控,成本增加,甚至质量不满意。基于精益建设和建筑工程项目多阶段计划的基本理论,提出了大型复杂建筑工程项目进度集成管理系统(IMSSLCCEP)。从数据流、层次结构和功能模型三个方面对其进行了研究。最后,对IMSSLCCEP的应用实例进行了研究,从整体角度得出IMSSLCCEP是大型复杂建设工程进度管理的有效途径。
