On the other hand, the disappearance of market opportunities at any time doesn’t permit the longer decision time for tally companies. Therefore, when confronted the account sale opportunity, it is meaningful to choose a correct decision at the right time for tally companies. In this paper, under information entropy and dynamic planning theory, the probability of contract-violated enterprises relevant to the tally company along with the disappearance probability of market opportunities would be fully taken into consideration, decision model on optimal stopping of the account sale under imperfect information has been established. The compound Chaos algorithm combines the Lorenz Chaotic system and Logistics map to generate the pseudo-random sequences. Then the pseudo-random sequences are used to produce the permutation matrix to encrypt the digital image. Matlab is used for simulation testing of the image encryption. Algorithm safety is analyzed from three aspects including the histograms comparison between original image and encrypted image, correlation coefficients of original image and encrypted image, and secret key space analysis. The experimental results indicate that the proposed encryption approach is valid and it can expand the secret key space and improve anti-aggressive ability. We demonstrate an optical polarization mode compensation (PMC) system with logical controlling unit based on DSP and CPLD platform. The PMD compensation platform we designed implements with some high-speed control components which shorten the compensation time to nearly 100 microseconds per loop. First, the paper established a Consumption-Crowed Public Goods Model, based on which it further estimated that during the period of 1978-2006, China’s optimal size of fiscal expenditure is about 18.6-22.3 percent of GDP. The algorithm usually uses straight-line ray tracing, so the projection matrix will never change once the model is built. In order to improve the accuracy of ART and eliminate phenomena that the wave velocity of the units around anomalous body is far from the true value, The shortest path ray tracing (SPT) is introduced into ART and is modified. Before each iteration, the projection matrix is anew computed through using SPT ray tracing. After each iteration, the wave velocity of the normal uints is smoothed. In this research, we present an efficient algorithm for collision detection using a dual bounding hierarchy which consists of an discrete orientation polytopes (k-DOPs) tree enhanced with bounding sphere. The algorithm combines the compactness of the k-DOP and the efficient overlap test for spheres. The more efficient sphere test is applied firstly to eliminate distant objects. The remaining objects are in close proximity are tested using separation axis, where some separation axis are more effective and should be chosen first. Posterior, C# and C++ language are used on .NET platform, based on ArcEngine Geography Information Component Library, Janus UI Controls interface component library for the development and implementation of the system. Finally, application has been achieved in the urban forest of Jiangxi Province by this fire prevention system. The application results show that the system has the functions of forest fire prevention video surveillance, fire danger rating prediction, fire auxiliary command, and post-disaster damage assessment, nearest search facility, path analysis, and fire records management and so on. The learners can better grasp the fire-fighting skills in a more real scene. Game-based learning software saves costs and points out the direction of future educational software.
