Aiming at the mistake switch and misinformation resulted from electromagnetism interference of microcomputer relay protection system based on the fourth age’s high performance microprocessor, the paper presented improving design concept of anti-electromagnetic interference in the hardware platform system. It was analyzed in detail to the electromagnetism environment located by microcomputer relay protection system, electromagnetic interference sources, anti-electromagnetic interference mechanism, and behavior of digital circuits under the interference. Also it was studied to the design compatibility of anti-electromagnetic interference, and summarized up that the measures of anti-electromagnetic interference should be taken in the hardware design of microcomputer relay protection system. It is a solution to samll and medium-sized enterprises' difficulty in getting funds from banks, but it also brings some special risks such as safekeeping risk, price risk as well as moral risk. A new credit risk management model is described in this paper. By using advanced computer technology and communication technology, a movable estate pledge risk monitoring platform (MEPRMP) is established. The paper illustrates the key technologies of the system design, and comes up with some methods of generating risk alert signal which can be used to warn the users of potential risks. This algorithm leaded the cross operation, variation operation and select operation of the GA to the Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm, it effectively overcame the inherent flaw of getting local optimal value by particle swarm algorithm and find the global optimum value in the search space again. The method is simple, needs less parameters, easy to programme, and ensures that particles in the update process control in integer space, avoiding unnecessary rounding of real numbers, and into local optimum problem, speeds up the convergence rate. After searching of particle in each sub-swarm, an optimal scenario for grid resource allocation was produced. The paper focuses on aspect-oriented modeling approach for a special application at architecture level. The approach provides a good solution to aspect-oriented modeling, and in the modeling solution uses the techniques of the description of concerns and their relationships, and also uses both quantitive and qualitative techniques of conflict management. In this paper, a GPS/SINS/BARO integrated system for UAV is presented. The system consists of a GPS receiver, an MEMS-based inertial measurement unit (IMU), a Barometer and a navigation processing unit. The GPS receiver provides three-dimensional velocity and position, the IMU provides three-dimensional linear accelerations and angular rates, the barometer provides the altitude of the vehicle indirectly, and the navigation processing unit performs real-time navigation computation with these measurements. The performance of the proposed GPS/SINS/BARO integrated system has been tested with a quad-rotor named ‘X500-D’. How entrepreneurs cope with errors is critical to the development of their firms. The research used the free software, Mx, and explored the error orientation of entrepreneurs in four industries, including IT and software, catering and hotel, machinery and parts, and construction, to find the differences of entrepreneurs' error orientation by comparing Chinese entrepreneurs and German entrepreneurs. The results suggest that Chinese entrepreneurs pay more attention to the ability of solving problems caused by errors and the ability of learning from errors. German entreprenurs pay more attention to communicating with other when an error occurs. Entrepreneurs of either culture background value the ability of coping with errors. Many techniques were presented to help users to find the desired information from large data set quickly and accurately, automatic summarization is an effective approach. In this paper, after careful investigation, existing automatic summarization techniques are classified as five categories: automatic extraction, understanding-based automatic summarization, information extraction, automatic summarization based on discourse and automatic summarization based on user-query. The history of automatic summarization is outlined. The principles of the five categories methods are respectively described in detail. The model not only solves the distortion problem due to multicollinearity, but also provides multiple models for policy makers. At last, the model is implemented in optimizing mobile phone’s satisfaction. From the result we can determine which element has the greatest impact on the overall satisfaction, then improve the overall product satisfaction by improving the element.
