Research on a General Teachers Evaluation Management System

Abstract

Teachers evaluation is the important part of teaching management works in universities, which is helpful for supervising and responding teaching situation and teaching effectiveness. This paper introduces the design idea and implementation methods of the teaching evaluation management system based on Web. The teaching evaluation management system is designed on the actual teaching evaluation management work and the good network infrastructure in campus and implemented with ASP.NET 2.0 and SQL Server technologies. The system includes students evaluating, evaluation management, query and initialization management, in which two issues on data importing and dynamic maintenance of indicators are effectively solved to enhance the general purpose of the system. The practice and application of this system play an active role in managing the teaching evaluation work more effectively and improving teaching quality finally.
