This research method used the PTK approach and analysis by carrying out Cycle 1 and Cycle 1. The subjects of this research were teachers and 22 class III students consisting of 10 male students and 12 female students. II Research Results 1) The teacher's skills in learning to write descriptions by applying the Picture and Picture model have increased. In cycle I, the score was 31 with good criteria, and in cycle II, the score increased to 36 with very good criteria. 2) Student activity in learning to write descriptions by applying the Picture and Picture model has increased. In cycle I, the score was 25.8 with good criteria, and in cycle II, the score increased to 29.5 with good criteria. 3) Student learning outcomes in the form of descriptive writing skills have increased. In the first cycle of the second meeting the average value was 72 with a completeness percentage of 72%, in the second cycle of the second meeting the average value reached 80 with a completeness percentage of 94%. Based on these data, it can be seen that there is an increase in student learning outcomes from the beginning of cycle I to the end of cycle II. This classroom action research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The subject of the research is the second semester of the first semester of the 2022/2023 academic year at SD Negeri Pulorejo 02, Winong District, Pati Regency. The results of the observation of the learning process show that the collaboration of Macromedia Fash 8 interactive media and Flash Card has increased the average score from 2.69 in the good category in the first cycle to 3.63 with the very good category in the second cycle. Data from observations on student learning activities also showed an average increase from 2.96 in the first cycle to 3.54 in the second cycle. Learning outcomes also showed an increase, in the initial conditions students completed the KKM as many as 5 students or 42%, while those who had not completed were 7 students or 58% with an average score of 63.33. It increased in the first cycle, namely students who completed the KKM by 8 students or 67%, while students who had not completed the KKM were 4 students or 33% with an average score of 78.25. Increasingly in the second cycle, there are 11 students who have completed the KKM or 92%, while the students who have not completed the KKM are only 1 student or 8% with an average score of 91.00. This media is used as Indonesian language learning in the basic competence of poetry text at the high school level. The development of this learning media uses the Research and Development (RD) method. in the Research and Development (RD) method there are three main stages that must be carried out. The three main stages are initial information data collection, product development, and product validation trials. This research was conducted by conducting interviews with Indonesian language teachers at MAN 2 Madiun through the media zoom meeting to find out what media was used before and what obstacles were faced by educators at the school. Students are faced with difficulties in being able to determine the theme and choose the right diction so that the poetry has a beautiful rhythm, so learning dice and poetry boxes can be used as a solution for teachers to be able to motivate students to explore ideas and maximum poetry results. The decline in moralvalues and lack of solidarity has occured in the lives around us. A lot of juvenile delinquency is happening everywhere, drus use is rampant, free sex is starting to become a lifestyle, watching porn videos among teenagesr is common, brawls are normal, not being wise in social media such as spreading hoaxes, hate speech, slander more intense and so on. Therefore, this research aims to 1. find out how to inculcate morality in youth through IPNU IPPNU activities in Bansari Village, Temanggung 2. to find out how the results of the implementation of IPNU IPPNU activities in inculcating morality in youth in Bansari Village, Temanggung 3. This thesis uses the type of field research or field research with a qualitative approach. The research subjects are daily administrators, members, adolescent and community leaders. To obtain the necessary data, the authors use the techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that IPNU IPPNU carried out various activities in an effort to instill morality, namely by carrying out work programs, in activities carried out by IPNU IPPNU teenagers would be equipped with knowledge and insight about knowledge, not only in terms of organization but also knowledge about socializing well which can be applied directly. The results of the implementation of IPNU IPPNU activities in the cultivation of adolescent morality are categorized as good, it can be seen from the awareness of teenagers to learn religious knowledge, behavior becomes better. This study uses an experimental research design One Sample t Test. The analysis used is descriptive statistics. The population used were students of SDN Gembong 02 with a sample of grade 2 students. The results of the Test of Normality output, obtained the Shapiro-Wilk Sig value of 0.109 0.05 so the data is normally distributed. Table One Sample t Test obtained Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 0.05, the output of the One Sample t Test table shows that the t count value 35,446 t table 2,060, then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. It also has an impact on moral decadence or the decline in student morale which is currently being felt in the world of education. Teachers play an important role in efforts to improve student morale. Therefore, the objectives of this study are: 1) to find out the strategy of akidah moral teachers in improving the morale of generation Z students at MTs Walisongo Pecangaan Jepara, 2) to evaluate the strategies of teachers of aqidah morality in improving the morale of generation Z students at MTs Walisongo Pecangaan Jepara, and 3) to identify the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the strategy of the moral aqidah teacher in improving the morale of generation Z students at MTs Walisongo Pecangaan Jepara. This research method is descriptive qualitative using interview and observation approach. The results of the study show that the strategies that have been applied by moral aqidah teachers such as school rules, habituation strategies, giving advice and motivation, giving sanctions, etc. have a positive influence on increasing student morale. as for the supporting factors, namely support from parents and the family environment, socio-cultural aspects in the school environment, school leaders including teachers and school infrastructure. Data collection techniques and instruments include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is data reduction technique, data display, conclusion or verification. Teachers need to use a suitable and PAIKEM learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze scientific motivation and attitudes before and after following the CTL model. The research method is a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest and posttest design techniques. The sample in this study were all fourth grade students at SDN Banjarejo Kendal which consisted of 24 students. Techniques and instruments for collecting data are the psychological scale of students' motivation and scientific attitudes. The data analysis technique used non-parametric statistical tests. The results showed that the students' motivation and scientific attitude before and after following the CTL model were that students experienced significant positive differences.
