To overcome this problem, the teacher is anticipating online learning, using a distance learning model. So that students at home can still study. This study aims to determine the efforts to use distance learning models to improve the spiritual aspects of SD 2 Medini students amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses qualitative methods with the subjects of this study, namely students of class VI SD 2 Medini, Kudus. The results of this study were the implementation of the class VI distance learning model at SD 2 Medini using the WhatsApp application. The obstacles experienced include a commitment from parents and students and students are not consistent with their lesson schedules. Spiritual aspects of distance learning that can be applied in SD 2 Medini include appreciating and living up to the religious teachings that are adhered to. Praying before and after doing something and carrying out worship on timePada era pandemi virus covid-19 ini, semua layanan pendidikan diharapkan belajarkan dirumah. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka guru mensiasati belajar online, dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran jarak jauh. Agar siswa dirumah tetap bisa belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya penggunaan model pembelajaran jarak jauh untuk meningkatkan aspek spiritual siswa SD 2 medini ditengah pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan subyek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VI SD 2 Medini, Kudus. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu pelaksanaan model pembelajaran jarak jauh kelas VI di SD 2 Medini menggunakan aplikasi whatsApp. Hambatan yang dialami diantaranya komitmen dari orang tua dan siswa itu dan siswa tidak konsisten terhadap jadwal pelajarannya. This research method uses classroom action research. The research subjects were students of class VI SD Negeri Tanjungsari, Jakenan District, Pati Regency. The research procedure was carried out in 2 cycles of action. The results of the research in cycle I obtained an average value of 2.50 in the sufficient category, student learning motivation obtained an average score of 69 in the sufficient category, and completeness of the learning outcomes was 73% with an average value of 78. In the second cycle, it increased to an average value. 3.29 with a very good category, student learning motivation increased to 88 in the good category, while the completeness of student learning outcomes was 92% with an average score of 88.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran model Talking Stick pada pembelajaran Tema 2 Subtema 2 Pembelajaran 6, untuk mengetahui apakah melalui model Talking Stick dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, dan untuk mengetahui apakah melalui model Talking Stick dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas VI SDN Tanjungsari. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Tanjungsari  Kecamatan Jakenan Kabupaten Pati. Prosedur penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus tindakan. Hasil penelitian siklus I memperoleh nilai rata 2,50 dengan kategori cukup, motivasi belajar siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata yaitu 69 dengan kategori cukup, dan ketuntasan hasil belajar 73% dengan nilai rata-rata 78. The purpose of Islamic Education itself is to foster students to get closer to the creator of the universe and understand how great his power is and can carry out the teachings of Islam properly and perfectly, such as carrying out the obligations of every Muslim and stay away from his prohibitions. The scope of Islamic religious education is the knowledge of monotheism, the science of jurisprudence, Al-Qur’an, Hadits, Morals, and Islamic dates. In the Implementation, there are problems, various problems that are internal, or external. This study uses qualitative methods supported by data collection techniques and other supporting data in the form of observations and interviews. This study contains the results of choosing a strategy that needs to consider three things, including the ability to think of students, the ability of parents to support online-based learning, and access to areas where students live. By considering these three things, strategies that can be chosen as alternative solutions are independent learning strategies, problem-based learning, and e-learning strategies. The selection of one of the strategies to be used needs to consider the above expectations to be able to take the best solution.Tujuan dari penelitian ini bermaksud untuk memberikan alternatif solusi dari permasalahan pembelajaran berbasis daring dengan cara memillih strategi terbaik bagi siswa, orang tua, dan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif didukung dengan teknik pengumpulan data serta data pendukung lain berupa pengamatan dan wawancara. Penelitian ini memuat hasil yaitu dalam memilih suatu strategi perlu mempertimbangkan tiga hal, diantaranya: kemampuan berpikir peserta didik, kemampuan orang tua dalam menunjang pembelajaran berbasis daring, serta akses daerah yang menjadi tempat tinggal siswa. Dengan mempertimbangkan ketiga hal tersebut strategi yang dapat dipilih sebagai alternatif solusi adalah strategi pembelajaran mandiri, pembelajaran berbasis masalah, dan strategi e-learning. The education component can be seen in the way the policy is implemented. In this research, also departs from problems related to the implementation of the policy of upholding an orderly culture and discipline at SMAN 1 GEBOG Kudus. The qualitative research approach studied is based on the theory of policy implementation from George Edward III (Communication, Resources, Dispositions/attitudes of implementers, and Bureaucratic Structure) as well as the quality of education in SMA N 1 GEBOG. The results showed that 1) The communication carried out by the implementor was carried out well; Application and Development of Resources in Policy Implementation for selecting executive staff, the information conveyed, authority and facilities are given according to the main duties and responsibilities of each which are integral and coherent in supporting the improvement of education quality; The disposition/attitude of the implementor is carried out based on the personal capabilities of all teachers, while the incentives received are not a problem because it is a moral responsibility as an educator; The bureaucratic structure at SMAN 1 GEBOG Kudus has implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to a culture of order and discipline strictly to all elements in SMA N 1 GEBOG in fragmentation and integrated manner. 2) The quality of education at SMA N 1 GEBOG is shown by the increasing understanding of all school elements regarding the implementation of policies to promote an orderly and disciplined culture. The teacher, environment, and policy support factors are the driving force for improving the quality of education.Kualitas pendidikan dapat dicapai apabila semua komponen pendidikan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan peranannya. Komponen pendidikan dapat dilihat dari cara pengimplementasian kebijakan. Dalam penelitian ini juga berangkat dari permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan implementasi kebijakan penegakan budaya tertib dan disiplin di SMAN 1 GEBOG Kudus. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif yang dikaji berdasarkan teori Implementasi kebijakan dari George Edward III (Komunikasi, Sumberdaya, Disposisi/sikap implementor dan Struktur Birokrasi) serta kualitas pendidikan di SMA N 1 GEBOG.
