Furthermore, teachers play an important role in education. This researcher aims to; 1) To find out the perception of novice teachers about what makes a good teacher, 2) To find out the challenges of novice teachers in teaching and learning practices in Makassar, 3) To find out how novice teachers overcome the challenges they experience in teaching and learning practices in Makassar. This study will apply a qualitative research design where the researcher will use open-ended questions to achieve the objectives of this study. research. Participants will be selected using purposive sampling technique. the criteria for the participants who were recruited were those who had taught less than 5 years in Makassar. Researchers conducted observations, interviews and document analysis to collect data. This study uses qualitative data analysis techniques to analyze the data, the steps are classified as follows; 1) Data Condensation, 2) Data Display, 3) Drawing and Verifying Conclusions. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is all students of science education study program who take practicum courses with a total of 90 students. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a total sample of 24 students. The research instrument used a test consisting of 8 description questions. Data analysis used the T test. The results showed that online practicum learning had a significant effect on students' understanding of concepts with a significance level of 0.00. Constraints encountered during online practicum learning are: availability of tools and materials, instability of the internet network, limited quota, quality of gadgets, and students not reading theory that is in line with the practicum material so they do not understand the purpose of the practicum. {"title":"Efforts to Increase Motivation and Learning Outcomes through the Google Classroom Application Class V SDN Pulorejo 02 PAI Courses for the Academic Year 2021/2022","authors":"S. This classroom action research uses subjects and research settings for class V in the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year at SD Negeri Pulorejo 02, Winong District, Pati Regency. The results of observations of the online learning process show that the learning process using the google classroom application has increased the average score from 2.63 in the good category in the first cycle to 3.67 in the very good category in the second cycle. Thus the learning process has increased by 0.97. The results of observations on student learning motivation by learning using the google classroom application showed an average increase from 2.98 in the first cycle to 3.60 in the second cycle or in other words an increase of 0.62 points. Student learning outcomes in the PAI subject matter of Knowing the Apostles of Allah SWT showed an increase, in the initial condition of students who completed the KKM as many as 6 students or 40%, while students who had not completed as many as 9 students or 60% with an average score of 63.60 . It increased in the first cycle, namely among students who completed the KKM by 11 students or 73%, while students who had not completed the KKM were 4 students or 27% with an average score of 77.20. Increasingly in the second cycle, the students who completed the KKM were 14 students or 93%, while the students who had not completed the KKM were only 1 student or 7% with an average score of 91.46. The sample used was 31 students of class VIII B MTs Tauhidiyah Sulang with the material used is polyhedron. The learning process in this study was based on lesson plans with a contextual approach, while the data were obtained through mathematical logical intelligence instruments and mathematical problem solving ability tests. At tehe level of significance 1 that is 4,34 2, 712. students who use learning starts with a question strategy was improved. Modern times all definitely need challenges in the world of education, education must be able to adapt and carry out transformations to keep up with the times, the research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, researchers explore data through interviews, with school principals and teachers as well as community members who live in the environment. State Elementary School 007 Sangatta Utara, East Kutai Regency, and from the documentation, the researcher then analyzed the data following the miles style, then by reducing the data after the interview so that less relevant information could be filtered out to near perfection after data reduction then drew conclusions. The findings from the researchers show that there is still a lack of principals in following technological developments, plus the facilities are still inadequate, ideally in schools having 25 computers or laptops and schools do not yet have a computer lab to support school programs so that the program does not run optimally. The method used in this study is quantitative with measuring instruments in the form of self-concept scale, parental social support scale, and peer interaction scale. The results showed that the analysis of the parental role variable with the self-concept variable seen from the correlation value (r) = 0.696, it can be said that there is a positive influence between the role of parents on self-concept, analysis of peer variables with self-concept variables seen from the correlation value (r) = 0.725, it can be said that there is a positive influence between peers on self-concept. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were in 4th grade Cranggang State Elementary School with a total of 25 students. In this action research using the form proposed by Kemmis and Taggart. The implementation of this research was carried out in 2 cycles, each of which went through four stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the data collection stage and the reflection stage. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, tests and questionnaires. The results of pre-cycle research, cycle I, and cycle II researchers know that there has been an increase in the acquisition of learning outcomes. The results of pre-cycle learning are the number of students who complete with a score above 70 as many as 11 students or only 44% of classical class completeness. In the improvement of learning in the first stage of the first cycle, the number of students who completed with grades above 70 were 15 students or only 60% of the classical class completeness. And in the improvement of learning in the second phase of cycle II, the number of students who completed with a score above 70 were 19 students, and 84% had achieved classical completion.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendreskripsikan penerapan metode demonstrasi dan tanya jawab dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar kelas IV SD 4 Cranggang Dawe Kudus. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 4 Cranggang kelas IV dengan jumlah 25 siswa. Dalam penelitian tindakan ini menggunakan bentuk yang dikemukakan oleh Kemmis dan Taggart. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, yang masing-masing melalui empat tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap pengumpulan data dan tahap refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, tes dan angket. Hasil penelitian prasiklus, siklus I, dan siklus II peneliti ketahui bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan perolehan hasil belajar. Hasil belajar pra siklus jumlah siswa yang tuntas dengan nilai di atas 70 sejumlah 11 siswa atau hanya 44% ketuntasan klasikal kelas. Pada perbaikan pembelajaran tahap kesatu siklus I jumlah siswa yang tuntas dengan nilai di atas 70 sejumlah 15 siswa atau hanya 60% ketuntasan klasikal kelas. This research belongs to the type of Action research. This study uses two cycles, with stages of planning, activities, observation and reflection. The sample in this study amounted to 10 students. The results of this study are 1) students' social interaction skills are in the low category 2) the implementation of group guidance to improve students' social interaction skills is carried out through two cycles and four meetings, 3) students' social interaction skills level increases after receiving group guidance services. Based on the results of the T test, it is found that Tcalculate 0 ≤ Ttable 8 or means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results showed that students' social interaction skills improved after receiving group tutoring services.
