During the implementation of the EEOI, the effective monitoring and optimization management of ship energy efficiency is very important. In this paper, the ship energy efficiency monitoring and control system considering the environmental factors was designed. The system can calculate the EEOI of ship and have real-time displays to monitor current energy efficiency level of the ship by collecting environmental factors and engine fuel consumption data. In addition, the system can automatically output corresponding control signal to make the propulsion system run at the optimum energy efficiency status by running the energy efficiency optimization control model with the consideration of the environmental factors. A comprehensive evaluation to the target port facility on security is obtained from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis by the establishment of a complex risk assessment index system on security environment, security management and emergency management. To testify the feasibility and effectiveness of DHGF model, a practical example is given. Traditional comprehensive index method is used to conduct safety assessment with fixed values, and can't reflect the randomness and uncertainty of risk. This paper analyzes several typical factors influencing the Yangtze River waterway transportation safety to identify four indexes for waterway transportation safety evaluation, and then the waterway transportation safety evaluation model is established through the method of fuzzy logic to analyze the Yangtze River waterway transportation accident data from 2002 to 2011. With the accurate evaluation results, this model is reliable. Solar ship, which integrates the solar photovoltaic (PV) system into its own ship power system, is becoming one kind of most promising and fastest developing green ship. In this paper, the development trend of solar ship is stated. For the solar PV system that integrated in ship power system, two different kinds of operation mode are analyzed, including off-grid and grid connected mode. In order to optimize energy managements of photovoltaic-ship power system (PSPS), the operation control strategy of multiple inverter equipment under grid-connected mode are studied. Some information collection sensors are amounted on this ship in order to obtain the research data. Through analysis and process of these data, the regression functions between main engine fuel consumption and shaft revolution speed and between ship speed to water and revolution speed are obtained. Take the typical navigation leg for example; the model is resolved using LINGO software. Next, the energy efficient methods are further studied in two aspects that is the optimization of the navigation time and the working number of the main engine. By using of Welch methods the changing discipline of track irregularities power spectrum were analyzed. And the irregularities power spectrum fitting functions were studied by the least squares optimization algorithm. Track irregularities power spectrum of Wen-Fu Passenger Dedicated Line has been proposed. The analyzed results show: in analyzed wavelength range, the most track irregularities spectrum of passenger dedicated line are equal to or lower than Germany high-speed irregularities' spectrum. According to the changes of acceleration curve and structure collision, adjust the strength of key parts, make the acceleration peak values and intrusions of two types of crash conditions meet the demand of the target. As an example, we studied the safety performance of the A0-class vehicle. From the CAE analysis results of the original case, we found that the FRB impact intrusion is slightly beyond the target, the acceleration value basically meet the objectives. But the intrusion and acceleration of the ODB impact are largely beyond the objectives. In this paper, in depth study on the traffic characteristics of the highway and urban road junction, effective control of the accessing and leaving highway toll station target vehicle in the junction by the control method of different levels of response, unidirectional signal control method in case of different levels of response and bidirectional signal control method based on red superimposed compensation are given, the result provided a theoretical basis for signal control of the junction. Under the proposed framework, the structured data (the original time series) is firstly decomposed into linear component and nonlinear component. Seasonal auto-regression integrated moving average model (SARIMA) is adopted to capture and forecast the linear component, and a combined model, composed of least squares support vector regression (LSSVR) and artificial neural network (GP), is applied to modeling the nonlinear component. Next, unstructured data is analyzed by an expert system. With the synthesized expert judgment, the forecasts of linear and nonlinear components are integrated into a final forecast. For the illustration and verification purpose, an empirical study is conducted with the data of Qingdao Port. Vehicle rollovers can easily cause secondary accidents such as chain collisions on freeways. Ground vehicles with relatively higher center of gravity on sharp curves are prone to rollover accidents. Therefore, it is of vital significance to design a rollover warning system for this type of vehicles. After summarizing current research achievements about vehicle rollover warning methods, the paper presents a novel rollover warning method for ground vehicles based on GIS/GPS. It firstly elaborates the method for road curve identification and curve radius estimation. Then, a curve speed model is built based on vehicle dynamics and road environment conditions. Lastly, it presents the architecture and field test verification of the rollover warning system. The main contributions of this paper are organized as follows: 1) Curve speed model is built by analyzing the correlation between the front wheel angle and the curve radius. Moreover, rollover limiting condition is analyzed based on vehicle roll dynamics modeling; 2) Curve road recognition based on GIS/GPS using smartphone platform. It presents a curve recognition algorithm based on acquiring road and vehicle parameters such as curve entry, driving direction and vehicle lateral acceleration; 3) Curve radius estimation based on road curve fitting and radius calculation.
