By using of Welch methods the changing discipline of track irregularities power spectrum were analyzed. And the irregularities power spectrum fitting functions were studied by the least squares optimization algorithm. Track irregularities power spectrum of Wen-Fu Passenger Dedicated Line has been proposed. The analyzed results show: in analyzed wavelength range, the most track irregularities spectrum of passenger dedicated line are equal to or lower than Germany high-speed irregularities' spectrum.
