On the basis of the ADDIE model design vision, this paper narrates the development process, building thought, implementation process, building outcome of the new course and direction that needs to be further improved. In accordance with the requirement of ability of employment with a focus on course goals, this paper designs the teaching content and teaching process, builds the course materials based on the Outcome Based Education (OBE) vision and Conceive, Design, Implement, Operation (CDIO) model so as to form muti-dimensional tracking assessment system. The buzzword refers to a word which is widely and rapidly spread in a certain period or a certain range. Nominal buzzwords account for a vast majority of buzzwords, while verbs account for only a minority. The proportion of two syllables is not very high, and the proportion of four syllables is the highest, followed by three syllables, and then five syllables. The proportion of nine syllables and above is also on the rise. Words with different number of syllables must be segmented to extract buzzwords. The fuzzy decision analysis method is used to determine the priority of each goal in the coordination degree model. The traditional teaching methods is reformed in the proposed method, which combines two new teaching modes for goal orientation and flipped classroom, and applies them to the curriculum teaching practice of block-chain principle and technology. This method first groups the students according to the teaching content of the block-chain principle and technology and the number of students in the class, assigns the corresponding learning tasks, and puts forward the learning priorities and difficulties corresponding to the curriculum learning tasks, as well as the curriculum knowledge points to be understood. The group members study and discuss according to the course learning tasks, and display the learning results in the classroom. The instructor evaluates the courseware and content explanation made by the students, points out the shortcomings of the students in knowledge understanding and explanation, and explains in detail the deficiencies and places that need to be further emphasized or added content, then discuss and communicate with the whole class to make the students fully understand and master the knowledge. The national economy has even stopped for a while, and the catering industry is one of the most obvious industries. This paper collects the store information and comments of the public comment platform from December 2019 to September 2020. In terms of comments, word vector is constructed by word 2vec algorithm, and the thesaurus of epidemic prevention measures is obtained by cluster analysis; In terms of data, in addition to obtaining the detailed page information of public comments, the time period for all catering stores to close down and the time interval for store reopening shall be determined according to the monthly comments. Finally, the mechanism of the number of online reviews, per price and epidemic prevention measures affecting the reopening time is discussed by using regression equation analysis. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of national fitness, it is urgent to establish the sports information service system for the disabled.
