On the basis of the ADDIE model design vision, this paper narrates the development process, building thought, implementation process, building outcome of the new course and direction that needs to be further improved. In accordance with the requirement of ability of employment with a focus on course goals, this paper designs the teaching content and teaching process, builds the course materials based on the Outcome Based Education (OBE) vision and Conceive, Design, Implement, Operation (CDIO) model so as to form muti-dimensional tracking assessment system.
