Then combined with the specific situation of our country's higher education, it puts forward the targeted improvement measures and policies for our country, and establishes the prediction model of the development of higher education system. The definition of visual analysis method is to use software and scientometrics to conduct statistical analysis on a large number of information and make a complete analysis chart, so as to make the complex information intuitive and analyze the potential rules. In this paper, the research literature on Chinese teaching in Mongolia in the CNKI journal database from 2003 to 2020 is taken as the research object. Through the visualization analysis of CNKI, the influential institutions, research developments and hot spots in the field of Mongolian Chinese teaching and research are summarized. There is a large amount of data information in the application process of smart classroom. With advances in technology and technological innovations, the way people learn languages has changed: from the traditional large offline physical classroom to online online classes. With the impact of the new coronary epidemic, it has become difficult for traditional teaching models to work properly offline, so more and more learners are choosing to learn Chinese in online classes. Because they are not restricted by time and place, families who are able to do so choose to enrol their children in online Chinese (Mandarin) classes to enhance their children's language skills and cultural awareness. Taking the courses of structure and principle as an example, based on the analysis of their characteristics and existing problems, and considering the characteristics and applicable occasions of typical information technology, this paper puts forward the application of information technology means such as virtual reality technology, augmented reality technology and smart classroom to courses teaching. Then carry out the application research of relevant information technology in courses teaching from the aspects of teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching guarantee.
