Establishment of Higher Education Evaluation System Based on Global Big Data

Abstract

In order to help the state formulate a reasonable policy for the reform of the higher education system, we first establish a model for evaluating the health of the national higher education system by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the model is used to evaluate several typical countries. Then combined with the specific situation of our country's higher education, it puts forward the targeted improvement measures and policies for our country, and establishes the prediction model of the development of higher education system. Finally, we were able to arrive at a reasonable vision and a concrete implementation timetable.
