The approach used is qualitative. This type of research method uses a type of improftive research method. Data is collected through experiments, observations, interviews, documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, discussion, and conclusions. The decoupage technique is applied to pouch and bag products. The research was carried out in several stages, namely: Preparation of products to be decoupaged, Preparation of tools and decoupage materials. Preparation of napkins with various motifs, Making sketch designs and work designs, The process of applying the decoupage technique. The implementation stage is the most important stage in this study. The results showed that by applying the decoupage technique to woven water hyacinth products, it could produce a variety of motifs on the surface of the product so that the appearance of the product looked more diverse, so it can be concluded that the application of decoupage techniques to woven water hyacinth products was produced with a variety of motifs and colors. beautiful products can meet the different and more diverse needs and tastes of consumers. Data collection techniques are Observation Techniques, wawancara and secondarydata records.  The results showed that the standard aspects of work by employees have not achieved the targets or targets expected by the company.  Dari the standard aspect of assessing employee work results is only based on the results of achievements or targets determined by the company, but does not assess other aspects such as hard work, motivation, and sincerity of employees at work, and it seems that the leader in this case the manager forces or spurs employees to achieve targets.  Interms of the standard aspects of evaluating the implementation of leadership evaluations, it is not carried out directly to UD. Such a principle is in line with the principles of literature, i.e., appreciative, creative, expressive, and innovative works. The present study aims to describe the forms of performance assessment in Indonesian literature learning, as well as the development of media and implementation of performance assessment in the aforementioned learning. It applied a qualitative descriptive method and collected the data from documentation, empirical observation, and unstructured interview; every stage was done in an informal setting. The results showed that the forms of performance assessment in literature learning consisted of process, practice/performance, product, project, and portfolio assessments. Correlational research design was adapted to association between remuneration and performance of support staff. Data was obtained from a sample of 254 non-teaching staff that were randomly selected from twenty one units working of the Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Seventy two non-teaching staff schools were identified using stratified random sampling and purposive sampling methods using the Slovin formula. Data collection instruments such as questionnaires, observation, interview and documentation were administered. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analyses. The findings indicate that remuneration contributes to work performance significantly (p < 0.05) with the percentage of 9.49%. The Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia published Supreme Court rules Number 1 year 2016 regarding Mediation Procedure in court that aims to empower the courts of first instance as peace institutions as well as to overcome the accumulation of cases in the Supreme Court. Sidoan Kab. Parigi Moutong.This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation studies, data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, so that the data analysis techniques are inductive, deductive, and comparative.The results showed that the implementation of problem-based learning strategies in instilling discipline in students in Class V of Ogotulo Small Remote Elementary School included: (a) the teacher raised problems, (b) students chose problems to be discussed, (c) stages of the process of scientific thinking, (d) collect data, (e) students read, study, and discuss data, (f) solve problems, (g) prepare reports, and (h) analyze and evaluate. Obstacles to problem-based learning strategies in instilling student discipline in Class V of Ogotulo Small Remote Elementary School include: (a) students do not have interest, (b) it takes quite a long time, (c) lack of time, (d) the teacher has not accustomed, (e) students tend to be passive, and (f) conventional learning. The background of this thesis is the observation that the infrastructure is not sufficient or inadequate, so that it will affect the learning achievements of students. The formulation of the problem in this thesis is how the effect of the availability of learning infrastructure on student achievement at Islamic Middle School Palu and Is there a significant influence between infrastructure (X) and learning achievement (Y) at SMP Islamic School Palu.The purpose of the research in this thesis is to determine the effect of the availability of learning facilities and infrastructure on student achievement at SMP Islamic School Palu and to determine the significant influence between infrastructure (X) and learning achievement (Y) at SMP Islamic School hammer. In the literature review, this thesis discusses the meaning of infrastructure, types of infrastructure, functions of infrastructure, and understanding of learning achievement, types of learning achievement, functions of infrastructure, how to measure learning achievement.This research belongs to the type of quantitative research. The data collection method used the population and sample at the research location at SMP Islamic School Palu with a total of 147 students, while the sample was taken was 73 students using Slovin's theory with an error tolerance of 5%. The results of this research and calculation prove that the results of the F test show that the Fcount value is (7.994) >Ftable is (3.99) with a significant level (ɑ) = 0.05. Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that infrastructure has a significant influence on student achievement in PAI subjects at SMP Islamic School Palu . The value (R) is 0.317.
