Semenova","doi":"10.30977/etk.2225-2304.2023.41.64","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30977/etk.2225-2304.2023.41.64","url":null,"abstract":"The scientific article implements a scientific investigation of the latest achievements and developments of Ukrainian and foreign scientists and practitioners regarding the application of modern innovative business models, in particular the implementation of outsourcing, which enables the rationalization of management and production activities of enterprises and farms of all industries by transferring a certain part of their functions to enterprises partners, ensuring a reduction in overall costs and strengthening of their own competitive positions. \u0000On the basis of generalizing the developments of scientists, highlighted in a number of recent sources, eight main areas of application of outsourcing are highlighted, in particular: IT technologies, accounting, marketing, logistics, personnel management, legal support, production and economic activity and production of components. \u0000A careful analysis of scientific works devoted to evaluating the expediency of outsourcing in modern realities made it possible to identify certain problematic issues that require further processing and finding a solution: first, various scientists use a variety of different methods and approaches to evaluate the effectiveness of outsourcing services, which need to be streamlined; secondly, the selection of the most appropriate approach from this set necessitates the selection of key advantages and disadvantages of each of them. \u0000The main purpose of the article is the analysis and systematization of methods and approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of outsourcing services in various fields of application, as well as identifying their main advantages and disadvantages. \u0000As a result of the study, based on a thorough analysis and generalization of the methods and ways of evaluating the effectiveness of outsourcing existing at the theoretical level and used in practice, five main scientific and methodological approaches were identified, and for each of them a description of the content was provided, key parameters were outlined, and positive and negative traits inherent in each of them were formulated. The paper determines that ineffective quality management of logistics business processes of an enterprise causes low quality of services and low customer satisfaction. The purpose of this article is to study and develop a system of objects in managing the quality of logistics services and processes in a motor transport enterprise from the standpoint of a logistics approach, which includes a set of integrated logistics business processes for quality formation, the requirements and the results of implementation. For this purpose, the main objects that affect the quality of logistics services in the motor transport enterprise are considered. It is determined that the goal of quality management is to improve the quality of products and services, and to achieve this, the authors recommend structural transformations, which include clarifying the boundaries of the object by including the elements of the external environment. The authors propose an approach to the formation of research objects, which includes defining goals, criteria for distinguishing between the object and the environment, the nature of interaction between the object and the environment, development of object models, and identification of its features and properties. The authors propose to distinguish labor quality as an element of the external environment and to establish its relationship with the quality of logistics services. Other elements of the external environment are the quality of information, the stages of quality formation, and the quality of labor items and tools. The quality of live labor and transportation services depends on the quality formation process. The logistics services of a motor transport company cover a wide range of services aimed at ensuring the efficient operation of the logistics system and managing all related processes. The stages of formation of the quality of logistics services are defined as a set of integrated basic, auxiliary, service and management logistics business processes, their interconnection, respectively, their “inputs” and “outputs” are considered. It is proposed to consider the system of quality objects in the MTE from the standpoint of the cybernetic approach and to present it as a set of dynamic links, each of which is integrating. This means that the input signal (quality of information, means and objects of labor, etc.) is transformed into an output signal (requirements for the quality of services). To ensure the high quality of logistics services (maintenance), the main, auxiliary, service and management processes are defined from the perspective of quality management in the MTE, the essence of the processes, the main stages of formation and quality indicators of business processes, as well as those responsible for quality assurance are described. Managing this efficiency is a complex and multifaceted process. That is why the question of creating a system for managing the efficiency of the enterprise is urgent. The purpose of the article is to define and justify the components of such a management system. \u0000The following methods were used to achieve the goals of the article: the information on the definition of the concept of \"management of enterprise efficiency\" was analyzed and synthesized, and it was established that the authors consider this phenomenon in different ways. Some authors describe this concept as a complex integrated process, others associate it only with the activity of the employee and working conditions. In addition, there are differences in the interpretations of the concept related to the result of management. Some believe that it should be a financial result, while others believe that the result should be the provision of established parameters. With the help of a logical and systematic approach, it was determined that the system of performance indicators should consist of separate groups of indicators that correspond to a balanced system. For the purpose of unanimous acceptance of the object of research and a comprehensive assessment of modern methods within the limits of the defined problem, the method of system analysis was used. \u0000Current state of economic development dictate certain conditions, where a significant factor in the effective long-term functioning of any enterprise is the successful implementation of innovative activities, which allows to guarantee its technical, technological and economic development to a greater extent. These goals include the need to increase the innovative activity of the enterprise, increase the innovative potential and carry out systematic planning, as well as the development and implementation of innovations. \u0000The innovation management process uses the main provisions of certain areas of knowledge in a complex, organically combining them, subordinating the main tasks of the economic management of production. The problem of management consists in the well-founded determination of the general directions in the development of the managed object, which operates not only according to general economic laws, but also in the selection of the correct decisions in the current management system for each individual period of time. This means that an element of the decisive foundations of innovation management is the accounting of the real situation and objective trends in the development of both the national economy in general and its separate links, as well as the necessary consideration of those features that affect the nature of production, its placement and some other essential factors. The task of enterprise management is to develop theoretical provisions that determine the mechanism of action of the objective bases of innovative processes management and means of influencing this mechanism in order to create the most favorable conditions for increasing production efficiency. The success of the rational organization of the technological process in a warehouse is closely related to the optimal selection and implementation of the warehousing system, which determines what technical means will be used for each operation. In addition, it has been found that the biggest problem that exists in a warehouse when managing the cargo handling process is the connection between material (commodity) and information (document management) flows. Therefore, in order to improve this process, the paper proposes a functional model of the logistics process of cargo handling in a warehouse that will allow for a visual demonstration of the interconnected promotion of material (goods flow) and information flows through the warehouse. In addition, in order to optimize management decision-making, analysis and monitoring of logistics costs, the paper provides an appropriate decomposition of the logistics process of cargo handling by the main groups of operations: unloading, receiving and warehousing, picking, shipping and delivery. Thus, the rational implementation of the logistics process in a warehouse is the key to the warehouseʼs profitability. A theoretical study of existing approaches to the formation of the concept of management of a viable enterprise is carried out. It is determined that in the scientific literature the issues of managing a viable enterprise on the basis of the sustainable development paradigm within the framework of the theory of viability and issues related to ensuring sustainable development of enterprises have not been properly generalized and developed. In Ukraine, only some elements of the concept of sustainable development are reflected in the practice of managing viable enterprises, and the conceptual model for managing a viable enterprise on the basis of sustainable development is still in the process of formation. \u0000The aim of the work is to improve the conceptual framework for managing a viable motor transport enterprise, which contributes to an increase in the share of making and implementing effective management decisions on the basis of sustainable development. The concept is focused on creating the necessary conditions for achieving economic, environmental and social goals, taking into account the expectations and requirements of stakeholders. The paper proposes an integrated concept of management of a viable motor transport enterprise, which is formed as an interdependent system of interrelated elements: management goals and objectives, subject and object of management, management methods, management functions, management principles, resources and management processes. The proposed conceptual framework for managing a viable motor transport enterprise is based on the systemic and holistic approaches, accordingly, the concept is presented as an interconnected set of structural elements. A characterization of the theoretical, methodological, analytical and practical basis is provided, revealing the main directions of formation of a viable enterprise on the basis of sustainable development. The formed conceptual framework for managing a viable road transport enterprise allows structuring the main components of the concept in order to ensure effective management of a viable enterprise based on the balance of the main components. Thus, there is a need to manage viable road transport enterprises in the conditions of transformation of the business environment based on the paradigm of sustainable development. This actualizes the issue of developing a model of the concept of sustainable development of a viable enterprise. Theoretical studies of existing approaches to models of the concept of sustainable development of enterprises were carried out and their main components or areas were highlighted. It was determined that in the scientific literature, too little attention is paid to the issue of forming a model of the concept of sustainable development of a viable enterprise. The lack of systematicity and completeness of the considered structure of the concept of sustainable development of the enterprise hinders the development of a conceptual model of sustainable development of a viable enterprise. \u0000The goal of the work is to improve the model of sustainable development of a viable enterprise, which allows to achieve a long-term balance between the main areas of sustainable development of the enterprise. In order to substantiate the model, it is proposed to use the postulates of holistic and systemic approaches, as well as the concept of sustainable development. The article proves that the viability of the enterprise is interconnected with the components of the paradigm of sustainable development. A four-component model of the concept of sustainable development of a viable motor vehicle enterprise is proposed, which presents the hierarchical arrangement of the economic, socio-political, environmental and management spheres of the enterprise, as well as the directions of application of corporate management tools, with the help of which it affects a certain sphere with which it interacts. The formed model is proposed to be called ESPEG, because it involves taking into account four components: environmental (E), socio-political (SP), economic (E), as well as governance (G - governance). The structural elements of the model are also characterized. \u0000The formed conceptual model of sustainable development of a viable enterprise allows structuring the main components of the concept in order to ensure effective management of a viable enterprise based on the balance of the main components. Together, this will contribute to the development of innovative approaches and methods of managing a viable enterprise, ensuring work efficiency and formation of strategic advantages in competitive markets. The main provisions of the generational theory of Neil Howe and William Strauss and its relationship with personnel motivation are studied. \u0000A structural analysis of the labor force of Ukraine by age groups was carried out and the approximate share of generations in the labor force in 2021 was calculated. A comparative analysis of the main generations that currently prevail in the labor market was carried out: their main indicators, periods of birth, types of economic systems and society at that time, when the values of the representatives were formed. Similarities and differences between generations, their interaction with each other are revealed. \u0000On the basis of the conducted survey, an assessment of the importance of values for representatives of different generations was given and the most priority and significant values for them were identified. Similar values are observed across generations, such as a decent wage, personal growth and education. The socio-historical context and events that could influence the formation of values and life principles of representatives of different generations are considered. \u0000The value of representatives of each generation for the organization in terms of the employer was analyzed. Taking into account the characteristics of generations, the strengths and weaknesses of their representatives as employees, the types and characteristics of work where they can maximize their abilities and work potential have been determined. \u0000On the basis of the theory of generations, a methodical approach to justifying the choice of specific methods and tools of motivation, which should have the most positive effect on the motivational potential of employees, has been improved. When working with staff, it is important to consider their values, views and needs, but they will be individual for each employee. When creating a motivation system, it is important to take into account the characteristics of each generation working in the organization. An effective factor in improving the production, market and financial results of their activities is ensuring consumer satisfaction with the services provided. Therefore, the topic of this study is relevant. The object of the study is the process of providing motor transport services to consumers, who will be satisfied with them. The subject of the study is methods of assessing consumer satisfaction with the provided motor transport service.The main goal of assessing passenger satisfaction with the transportation service is to establish the degree of correlation between the actual values of the characteristics of the transportation service, the wishes and requests of consumers, and, in the presence of their inconsistency, to propose the necessary changes in the organization of these processes. For this purpose, in this study, the indicators that affect the level of passenger satisfaction with the motor vehicle service, established using the Saati method, are determined.The main summarizing indicators-criteria for assessing the satisfaction of consumers (passengers) with the motor transport service are defined as: availability of the service; comfort while waiting for the delivery of the vehicle; the comfort of the passenger's journey in the vehicle. The hierarchical structure of these indicators is substantiated, the degree of influence on certain aspects of consumer satisfaction is established. There is a problem of finding common features in the motivation of managers and owners, the solution of which is complicated by a number of various factors: the use of competitive privileges, a high level of politicization of supervisory boards and management, a low level of transparency and accountability, etc. To solve this problem, it is advisable to form an effective motivational mechanism.In the article, based on the analysis of the existing interpretations of the concept of “motivational mechanism”, it is proposed to define it in corporate management as a complex of targeted economic and non-economic tools, methods and forms of influence to coordinate the interests of participants in corporate relations and meet their needs.The scheme of the motivational mechanism in the corporate management system is proposed, the starting conditions for the implementation of which are the awareness or definition of the type of corporate management. The main stages are defined as: formulation of the goal of motivational management; assessment of opportunities and needs to achieve the goal; assessment of economic opportunities to meet interests and needs in the corporate management system in terms of optimizing costs and reducing the risk of loss or increasing the possibility of attracting new top managers; implementation of the program of actions to coordinate the interests of business owners and managers. The main principles of using motivational methods and tools are formulated and an approach to assessing the balance of their use in relation to the set goals is proposed. The following were identified as the main preferences of top managers: participation in the company's profits (21 %); the possibility of self-realization (19 %); high level of wages (17 %); the prospect of becoming one of the owners of the company (14 %); ambitious goals (14 %); possibility to receive bonuses (10 %).
