Based on the analysis of scientific, methodological and pedagogical works, the experience of creating and implementing information and educational environments for the professional training of future marine professionals has been generalized. It is determined that such environment should include innovative educational activities, modern information and communication training and facilities for training students. The information and educational environment should be created onthe basis of a distributed infrastructure of technical and software complexes. It should be multivariate and multicomponent to accommodate all the needs of the learning process. The proliferation of cloud technologies encourages their use in the training of future marine professionals, taking into account all the risks posed by interaction with third parties in the implementation of the educational process using cloud services. Perspective in the train ing of future marine professionals is the use of intelligent training environment. It is important to ensure that future marine professionals are trained in an information and educational environment to provide end-to-end user identification, which is to ensure that users have automatic access to their resources. The author emphasizes\u0000that the effectiveness of training future marine professionals can be achieved through the appropriate organization of information and educational environment, if the creation and use of such tasks will be solved: achievement of the planned level of professional competence by all students; achievement of the planned quality of mastering\u0000the programs of training in the most rational way for the student; ensuring the desired effect of training in relation to the individual abilities of each student; most acceptable overcoming the contradictions between the increasing amount of information in a specific professional activity and a fixed time limit for its assimilation; the\u0000creation of conditions for teachers that, with the overall intensification of the training process, would not require them to increase efficiency of their physical force and moral influence.","PeriodicalId":357499,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Visnyk V.O. Considerable attention is paid to axiological approach thanks to which the value of tolerance in the conditions of formation of the European consciousness is better realized. Priority values dominants which should be brought up in the student’s environment are noted and also methods effective for this purpose are offered.\u0000Spiritual values are basis of education and studies. Values examine and distinguish not only in relation to that or other time, mode, ethnos, but also as data by nature to separate everybody. Yet the ancient Greek thinkers took into account inherent to human essence moral internals for description of ideal man.\u0000The author emphasizes that he in multiethnic society of people realizes uniqueness of each ethnos, culture, language and originality of personal values better. As quality of personality tolerance represents the factors of education, experience of communication, culture, values, necessities, interests, individually-psychological lines,\u0000thinking features.\u0000It is important to mark in the context of our research, that the basic attributes of personality is responsibility, freedom and work, that determine the inner world of personality, her sense and experiencing, and also are that motivational-regulative correlates that determines the real behavior of personality. Thus, personality is a man\u0000that is provided with certain creative potential. A talented, erudite, experience person always must be tolerant that friendly and with understanding accepts and carries limit possibilities of surrounding.\u0000Forming of the valued orientations is important pre-condition of appearance of moral ideals of personality, that determine forming of tolerance that can become a value afterwards.\u0000Іn multiethnic to the environment the personality has more reasons to feel the ethnic origin. Multiethnic society is characterized simultaneous by presence of values of three levels – universal, national and ethnic that represent hierarchy of interests and priorities on the scale of mankind, the nation or ethnic group. Formation of a system of the valuable relation of the personality to surrounding social and natural the environment and itself becomes the main trend of education in modern conditions, in particular in institutions of higher education. Particular attention was paid to the classification of services provided by higher education institutions. Taking into account all the specificity of the education market, services provided by institutions of higher education can be divided into educational, scientific and educative institutions. The essence of educational, scientific and educative services provided by institutions of higher education was considered. It was determined that the acquisition of higher education is one of the main directions of intellectual, cultural, spiritual, social and economic development of society. The legislative regulation of providing paid services in institutions of higher education of Ukraine was analyzed. It was determined that modern development of market relations is closely connected with the formation of the educational services market. The world experience of educational establishments activity clearly proves that the provision of high-quality scientific and educational services and skillful management of them are the guarantee of successful activity of higher educational institutions in modern conditions. The ability to form modern educational programs, to navigate the difficult and unstable conditions of\u0000market competition, to develop management mechanisms which aimed at the efficiency and quality of the educational process, allows implementation of the marketing concept of higher education institutions in practice.\u0000Nowadays it is known that marketing tools are the most effective ways of defining and researching social needs,demands and requirements. This suggests that the process of marketing incipience in education area is one of the main steps towards more qualitative and professional provision of educational services to the consumer, as well\u0000as to the market success and competitiveness of educational organizations. There are few unresolved aspects of the problem of services development in the education area left today despite the fact scientists paid a lot of attention to this problem. This leads to the study of the current state of the services market that provide institutions of\u0000higher education, the development of a modern model of cooperation in the labor market and education services market. The implementation of the principle of equal rights and opportunities at all levels of social life is a necessary precondition for the formation in the state of a civilized, parity society and its integration into the European educational space.\u0000Therefore, the main task, that the scientific community now solves, is the creation of a better world for all people, in which there will be no place for any inequality: class, gender, racial or ethnic. In this aspect, fundamental changes in the content of theoretical and methodological approaches in education are naturally occurring, purposes of teaching and upbringing of youth are outlined in a new way.\u0000The clarification of the essential features and content of such concepts as «gender»,»gender culture», «gender approach» has been described. The author describes some of the possibilities of organizing the\u0000educational process and the training of future teachers of elementary school for pedagogical activity. The professional formation of a master’s student in a pedagogical profile involves a complex multidisciplinary and multidimensional process of development and self-development of his personality: mental activity, ability to analyze, the desire to acquire the knowledge that is necessary for the performance of professional activities. The features of the contingency of competence-oriented tasks with the use of the taxonomy of pedagogical purposes B. Blum, in which methods of classification of mental skills, from the simplest teaching actions (knowledge, understanding, application) to the most complex (analysis, synthesis, evaluation) are determined. The author proposes the designer of competence-oriented tasks in the discipline «Technology of teaching in the educational field of mathematics» and gives examples of the tasks developed in accordance with Bloom’s taxonomy. It is determined that competency-oriented tasks act as a technological tool for implementing a competent approach in the process of studying masters. In a competency-based approach, attention is focused on education, not on the process. The primary and system-forming becomes a non-procedural component (educational and teaching-assessment) component, which, however, does not diminish its importance, but productive, expressed in terms of competencies.\u0000From the point of view of the competent orientated approach to the organization of the educational process in higher educational institutions, the content of the discipline «Technology of teaching in the educational field of mathematics» should be aimed at the formation of general and professional competencies.","PeriodicalId":357499,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Visnyk V.O. The notion of honour is closely linked to moral categories such as conscience, dignity, responsibility, which indicates the complexity of defining the content of this phenomenon.\u0000The problem of upbringing professional honours from future specialists is not among the new ones. This is due to the fact that the term «professional honour» has long been firmly included in the system of ethical categories and reflects the level of moral assessment of a person himself, the attitude of others to him and society as a whole. That is why, with the practice and science, the issue of improving the professional education system is being raised more acutely.\u0000Under the professional honour, the author understands the set of moral qualities and values that form the person’s attitude towards professional activity and behavior in the course of solving professional problems.\u0000In the plane of his research, the author considered it expedient to substantiate both external (pedagogical) and internal (psychological) conditions of education of professional honor of future teachers.\u0000The analysis of the researchers’ positions on the definition of the term «conditions» made it possible to conclude that the conditions are components of the pedagogical system that reflect the educational environment and influence its effectiveness.\u0000So, in summary, the author determines the complex of psychological and pedagogical conditions that will promote the education of the professional honour of future teachers.\u0000Therefore, the following psychological and pedagogical conditions for the education of the professional honour of future students: enhancing the students’ moral experience regarding the peculiarities and ways of showing professional honor by updating the contents of educational disciplines and the introduction of innovative methods\u0000and forms; use of tasks involving the education of professional honour in the process of pedagogical practice; the enrichment of the educational space by dialogue interaction, the creation of situations of success and cooperation.","PeriodicalId":357499,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Visnyk V.O. In Ukraine, in the context of the implementation of social policy, there are a number of unresolved problems. This concerns, first of all, overcoming the «residual principle» attitude to solving the problems of leisure and culture in General; changing the attitude to the formation of the cultural situation to master the world’s cultural achievements; the discrepancy between the activities of cultural institutions and modern requirements, the lack of a certain standard ґarantovanih state free cultural services; lack of medium and long-term state policy on cultural development; lack of training in the sociocultural sphere in the new economic conditions; lack of a clear program of support for cultural industries; lack of a single information cultural space and a network of partnerships at the vertical and horizontal levels; the practical absence of Ukraine as a state in the European and world cultural space, in the system of European cultural projects.\u0000The main purpose of the article is to reveal the importance of the organization of meaningful leisure of students of higher educational institutions in order to meet and realize their interests and needs, disclosure of creative potential, social education and activation of social and social activities.\u0000The sphere of leisure in higher educational institutions of Ukraine will perform functions of development and formation of the personality of the young person only on condition of compliance of the organization of activity at leisure to their interests and needs. This is possible because of the cooperation of these associations with government agencies and institutions that are not only designed to solve certain problems of young people, but also to provide appropriate financial and material support. Systematized scientific and practical experience regarding the role of art in the creative formation of personality. Various approaches to the definition of “musical ability” have been studied. After a thorough study of the problem, the definition of musical abilities was chosen according to B. Teplov, who claims that musical abilities are a complex of individual psychological abilities necessary for engaging in musical activity and associated with any type of musical activity. The importance of vocal and choral skills in the development of musical abilities of children is revealed. It is specified that vocal skills include singing, breathing, sound production, sound science, diction, ensemble, system, articulation and diction. And the skills of the system and the ensemble; singing skills according to the conductor’s gesture of the teacher belong to choral skills. Attention is focused on the fact that possession of the listed skills contributes to the development of intonation. The results of observation regarding the effectiveness of vocal-intonation activity in the development of musical abilities of children are presented. The necessity of improving the studied phenomenon is proved. It is emphasized that foreign literature has an important advantage as it is associated with various texts belonging to different types of cultures. Communication with masterpieces of foreign literature promotes the development of new aesthetic experiences among students, prompts to comprehend the uniqueness of another culture.\u0000The main determinants of value orientations are determined. These are the conditions of life, the level of general culture, the ability of man, beliefs, moral principles, the system of values of the individual. The content of the value orientation of the individual is its focus on certain values of the material and spiritual culture of society.\u0000It is emphasized that the main goal of the process of formation of value orientations is the study of artistic works based on the awareness of the incarnated values, the comprehension of the moral and aesthetic positions of literary characters, the mastering of the value potential of the work by students, and the understanding of the\u0000relation of values expressed in artistic works, in connection with an important system of values.\u0000The unity of value orientations, literary knowledge and students’ activity as the leading condition of the effectiveness of the formation of value orientations is revealed.\u0000Much attention is paid to the formation of students’ readiness for cross-cultural interaction in practical classes. The main goal of the cross training of students is defined – it is overcoming the difficulties associated with the differences in values, traditions, languages.\u0000The peculiarities of students’ educational activity at various stages of the analysis of works are considered, which is structured on awareness of values embodied in artistic works.\u0000The article focuses on various types of tasks, performing students to understand the psychological content of actions and personality of literary heroes come to perceive the value position of the author, his aesthetic ideal.","PeriodicalId":357499,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Visnyk V.O. The role of musical art in influencing the emotional and sensual sphere of revealing and development of natural abilities, creative expression of personality is revealed, the expediency of using varieties of music therapy in music-creative activity of younger students is clarified. Music education, vocal therapy, receptive perception of music, rhythm therapy, which contribute to overcoming psychological discomfort in students' educational activities, encourage the creative expression of personality, the child's knowledge of the art world.The education system in Ukraine requires updating and enriching the content of the pedagogical process on the basis of humanization, which will contribute to the full development of the individual, the formation of vital competences for the maximum disclosure of his or her natural inclinations and creative potential. It is in the primary school that the foundations for the formation of the experience of educators (younger students), their needs, which motivate learning, knowledge and skills, which are formed in different educational environment, different social situations and condition the formation of attitude to them, are laid. The state normative document (The Law of\u0000Ukraine \"On Education\") emphasizes the need for students to acquire key competences that enable the development of successful learning, self-expression, self-knowledge, social adaptation and preservation of their physical and mental state. Such development of education in Ukraine makes it necessary to actively introduce into the\u0000educational process the innovative technologies and modern pedagogical approaches, among which artpedagogy is a new trend that integrates theoretical knowledge and methodological developments in psychology, art and pedagogy. With the help of music, drawing, fairy tales, theatre teachers can unite the class, identify problems of the child in time, form their life values, motivate them to study. The professional activity of a music art teacher in the context of educational reform and the introduction of inclusive education as a form of providing equal access to quality education for children with special educational needs, presupposes the need to master innovative technologies for the use of musical art as a method of comprehensive and multidimensional stimulation of personality development, child's condition, behavioural abnormalities, and also as a form of art treatment.\u0000One of the effective ways of solving the set tasks before the educational industry is the introduction of innovative, art-therapeutic – humanistic-oriented technology in the educational process, which involves the creation of a psychologically-comfortable educational environment by updating the pedagogical potential by means of","PeriodicalId":357499,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Visnyk V.O.
