This is especially true of the higher education system, which must respond in a timely manner to the new challenges for the preparation of competitive future professionals.\u0000The renewal of the philosophy of school natural education, due to the need for its correlation with the current level of scientific knowledge, as well as with the realities of the modern world. In this connection, there is a problem of professional training of the future biology teacher of the new formation, oriented on innovative pedagogical activity. The recognition of the modern teacher as the subject of innovative changes defines new targets in his vocational training system.\u0000The problem of professional training of the future biology teacher does not lose its relevance. The new paradigm of science education necessitates constructive changes in the professional training of the future teachersubjectist. First of all, the process of becoming a future teacher should be professionally and pedagogically oriented.\u0000An important component of the professional development of a modern biology teacher is his personal qualities formed in the process of pedagogical training that determine the professional orientation of the future specialist. In this regard, the professional training of the future teacher of the natural sector should integrate in the\u0000content of higher education the idea of developing the creative potential of the student's personality, the recognition of students as subjects of the educational process. And the process itself, the formation of the professional competence of the future teacher, should be guided by modern natural science knowledge.\u0000The peculiarity of teaching biology in high and high school requires the modern teacher to have specific qualities, which in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School are of particular relevance. Among the most significant are the responsibility of the teacher for the results of his teaching activities. At present, the modern school is waiting for a teacher of a new formation, which is characterized by creative thinking, innovative pedagogical activity, the ability to self-reflection, which significantly expands its role functions.\u0000The development of new directions in the training of biology teachers objectively requires a rethinking of the content, forms and methods of pedagogical education, development of new approaches to teaching. In addition, the focus on European educational standards, necessitates the study of foreign teacher training experience in the context of innovation.\u0000Thus, the European vectors for the development of higher education in Ukraine necessitate changes in the methodological and psychological-pedagogical foundations of modern higher education of future biology teachers. The dynamics of its development is traced and a phased plan of experimental work on the formation of this phenomenon is presented. The levels of formation of timbral hearing based on the qualitative characteristics of the studied phenomenon are determined, and are defined as the ability of students to develop hearing pitch, timbral equalization, the search for individualized solutions in the field of instrumental sound, the search for exquisite sound color, increases the listeners' interest, their auditory activity. The method of diagnosis is the primary stage of our pedagogical research, which solves the problem of development of timbral hearing of future teachers of music through the fixation, measurement and evaluation of this pedagogical phenomenon, which characterizes the state of its formation. During experimental work, students were questioned, educational programs and curricula of this training were analyzed. The characteristic of educational materials that are used for English-language professional training of students-future doctors is presented.\u0000The analysis of the English language training programs of future doctors has shown that the speaking skills that students are expected to develop generally cover the range of speech skills that have been highlighted in the earlier stages of the study. Instead, they are presented according to the traditional classification of speech activities without taking into account the differentiation in production and communication processes. It has been established how the skills offered in these educational programs correlate with the vocational skills we have identified. Thus, the programs envisage the development of speaking skills: to conduct a conversation on the given medical topic; participate in a discussion or conversation; clarify information regarding treatment; be able to discuss the topic being studied; participate in simulation of a professionally oriented situation; to make dialogues and messages based on the subject matter being studied; listen (understanding monologue and dialog speech) and read (working with medical literature). We conclude that the skills are formulated quite broadly, it is not\u0000expected to work on the development of specific skills, without which the formation declared in the analyzed programs of general skills is impossible. For example, to plan utterances, differentiate information, analyze, compare, systematize it, transmit brief professional information in writing.\u0000Thus, the students can use acquired integrated knowledge of professional English in senior courses while studying other disciplines, where on the basis of the learned models of communicative interaction future doctors will have the ability to perform professionally directed English-speaking interaction and to use professional vocabulary correctly.","PeriodicalId":357499,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Visnyk V.O. It has been proved that there are many differences in the hierarchical and functional system of academic positions in Ukraine and the United States. It has been established that career success is ensured by a large number of scientific publicatons, experience in pedagogical practice and performance of administrative duties. It has been found out that the academic hierarchy of USA medical schools is characterized by variability of diversified in different universities, but rigid within a single educational system, requirements for a higher position, focusing on research. The basic principle of the American educational system is academic freedom, which is also reflected in the hierarchy of academic positions within USA medical schools – the idea of career growth, besides other advantages, involves academic freedom, which is expressed in scientific research, the choice of teaching methods, etc. An important feature of the American educational system is the academic tenure», a permanent position or an contract for an indefinite period, which is concluded between the university and the teacher, usually after passing the probationary period. The system of attestation of academic personnel in the USA proves different approaches in assessing scientific qualifications, but it is obvious that in comparison with the Ukrainian system it is more democratic and\u0000short-term, does not require emotional, psychological and physical stress. To solve the problem with success, it will be effective to create a patriotic educational environment of the University.\u0000Patriotic revival, taking place in modern Ukraine, activates society attention to the problem of harmonious, creative, spiritually developed, tolerant personality. Therefore, Ukrainian music using in patriotic education of the future teacher becomes prospective, necessary and relevant.\u0000The patriotic upbringing of high school students by means of musical art has its own characteristics, which requires extraordinary approaches to the quality of teacher training as a unique person capable in creativity and innovation in the process of patriotic education of schoolchildren.\u0000In order to find ways to improve the activities of universities, it is necessary to synthesize the latest achievements of pedagogy and old pedagogical traditions. Modern science should acquire a profound national content and character, to continuously evolve. Young people need to master new conceptual approaches to a correct understanding of patriotism, their own position on this issue.\u0000Musical art as a means of forming the national of future teachers is a powerful stimulus in the young people spiritual and moral formation. But attracting students to art is possible only on the solid foundation of spiritual, patriotic, folk music and the best works of modern times. Improvement of students’ musical education system affected the issues of using Ukrainian national folklore. The eternal spiritual traditions of the Ukrainian people should become the property of future teachers. The ability to observe norms and traditions of safe living activity, to protect oneself and others from the dangers that may arise during emergency situations, scientists associate with the existence of a culture of safe living activity in a person.\u0000The culture of safe life activity of future specialists of socionomical specialties is understood as a complex, multilevel, dynamic phenomenon characterizing a special, socially recognized way of organizing one’s life. The structure of the culture of safe living consists of social-imperial, activity-executive and personal-value components.\u0000The training of future specialists of socionomical specialties for safe life activity occurred as a complex, dynamic process, which operates under the influence of various environmental factors and changes in the internal state of future specialists with their own individual characteristics. According to the results of correlation and cluster analysis, the links have been established and the interaction of structural elements of the culture of safe living conditions of future specialists of socionomical specialties as a result of special preparation for the safety of life and professional activity has been characterized.\u0000The activity-executive component proved to be decisive in forming the culture of safe living activity of future specialists. The personal and value component is subject to the least changes. Due to this connection, it is proposed to distinguish axiological-motivational, personality-creative, cognitive-epistemological, operationalactivity and reflexive-evaluation criteria of the readiness of primary school teachers to integrate learning and to characterize their indicators, to identify and adapt their indicators, heuristic-search, and creative-productive levels of professional readiness.\u0000The obtained scientific results are organized into a single table \"The Criterias, indicators and levels of readiness of primary school teachers for integrated learning\", which visualizes the findings of the study and focuses on the certain logic of the proposed components.\u0000The author has been provided the prospect of further scientific researches in the creation of diagnostic methods for the effective evaluation of indicators of professional readiness and organization of pedagogical experiment for their implementation in the practice of postgraduate pedagogical education.","PeriodicalId":357499,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Visnyk V.O. It is about the need to use information and communication technologies for the educational process and the study of a specific identification problem which\u0000requires a visual and multimedia presentation. Methodological recommendations also include great opportunities for studying the problems of identification by the computer training program «Wiek» for defining age-related changes by the appearance, the computer program «Trainer» for the identification of persons by the appearance; the use of training methods for the development of personal qualities necessary for identification realization; organization of trainings on additional special training for border guard personnel; training for professional communication with persons during the procedure of passport control of the first and second lines at checkpoints;\u0000game simulation educational, professional and life situations for identifying documents and conducting interviews of business games, etc. Axiological, operational, systemic and learner-centered approaches defined by the author as the most important ones for the formation of professional training of border guard inspectors.
