It is believed that the beginning of adult education at the state level laid the law «On Education» in 1902, the Law «On Education» in 1944 regulated the education of\u0000adults.\u0000In connection with the improvement of production in the first half of the twentieth century, a number of policy materials are issued, according to which workers’ organizations, industrial councils are created, correspondence education is developing, courses of humanitarian education are organized. In the 70–80 years of the twentieth century, much attention is being drawn to the development Яof vocational education of adults in connection with a significant increase in the level of NTP. At the end of the twentieth century, a number of laws were issued, which served as the basis for a modern model of adult education: the structure of adult education management is\u0000changing, the policy of combining equal opportunities for all with market-oriented approaches to education, accreditation of most adult education programs, management of standardization of education. The relevant documents are issued in the country (the most well-known are «green» and «white» documents), which indicate the\u0000need for consultations on adult education, and the clarification of the issues of adult education development indicated in the policy materials.\u0000In the nineteenth century, the development of adult education was intensively taking place, policy materials were issued that promoted the education of adults, because its progress was necessary for the growing economy of the country.
Scientific Visnyk V.O. Moreover, the author also substantiates the choice of method of simulation as\u0000one of the most reasonable for its solution.\u0000The own definition of the notion “the model of formation of social and cultural competence” was provided in the context of author’s research. It was formulated as follows: “it is the integral system including certain structural components oriented to the professional becoming of social workers to-be in course of their professional\u0000training at higher educational establishments”.\u0000The attention was also focused on the approaches of other scientists to the matter under research. The author considers the models developed by the scientists O. Kvasnyk and Yu. Riabova, being of interest to author's research. The researcher O. Kvasnyk developed the model of formation of social and cultural competence of the professional of engineering and technical field. The structure of such model includes the following components: theoretic and methodological, organizational and sense bearing, procedural and activity, estimative and efficient. The scientist Yu. The model is structured according to the following blocks: organizational, sense bearing,\u0000test and efficient. This dependence is related to the fact that the athletes êdinoborcâm need to perform common power exercises on simulators to increase training volume of corresponding capacity. Sources of literature do not disclose data integrated power preparation êdinoborcìv using vesluvalnih simulators, so study the allowable amounts of load simulator «Concept–2» is the unsolved problem of the modern physical culture and Sport. Sports training is a system that is constantly being improved based on the accumulation of new data, experimental research, best practices and scientific and technical progress. For testing and training athletes êdinoborcìv, as well as to increase the level of physical disability of different population groups are widely used vesluvalnì ergometers «Concept–2», etc.\u0000An auxiliary factor for improving the general preparedness of athletes of single-fighters is the development of highly specialized manifestations of force, which determine the capabilities of the development of the necessary effort and its abilities in the process of training and competitive activities. A key element in the formation of specialized power qualities of wrestlers is the effective transfer of this motor quality in the transition from the preferential use of the PROF. In this regard, the formation of a methodical approach, based on which is the improvement of special power capabilities, as an integrated component of the system of functional training of single-team fighters, becomes actual.\u0000Analysis of special literature and practice of strength training in martial arts gave reason to speak about the possibility of solving this problem using special training devices that stimulate the development of power abilities, provided that the main groups of muscles are included and the main elements of the structure of the competitive exercise are preserved. In this case, the interest is an analysis of the method of using a specialized power simulator «Dyno-Concept».\u0000It is recommended to use a rowing simulator to assess the strength of athletes of single-team with the exercise of traction sitting for the upper limbs and foot press for the lower extremities in three modes: I (damper simulator fully open) – manifestation of power capabilities at high speed; II-th – (open half of the flaps) – the manifestation of the optimal ratio of the speed and power component at medium speed; III (damper of the simulator is completely closed) – manifestation of maximum force at low speed. The author emphasizes that the ability to formulate and express their thoughts correctly is the key to success in life. It is proved that broadcasting is the main means of communication, meeting the various personal needs of people in communication. The author argues that in linguistics, language is defined as a kind of sign system that provides human thinking, communication with other people, that is, serves as a means of forming thoughts, perception of the surrounding reality, the exchange of information. Attention is drawn to the fact that since language and speech accompany a person in all activities\u0000throughout life, it is appropriate to talk about the interconnection of all activities in speech communication, that is, speech competence, which is a component of communicative. The author notes that the competence approach in education is understood as the orientation of the educational process to the formation and development of basic competencies of the individual. It is specified that competence should be understood as a real requirement for students to acquire a set of knowledge, methods of activity, experience, attitudes in a certain field of knowledge, \u0000qualities of the personality acting in society, and competence - as really formed personal qualities of the student and experience. The author emphasizes that the communicative-activity approach is one of the basic principles in the teaching of the mother tongue, under which the process of mastering the mother tongue should be carried out in the course of solving the students' oral tasks, arranged in order of increasing their complexity. It is emphasized that the principles of experimental study construction were: communicative orientation of dialogue teaching; the principle of situationalism in the teaching of first-graders in dialog speech; language training as an activity; the principle of speech and mental activity of students; the principle of individualization; gradual and systematic approach to learning dialogue. The author emphasizes the importance of the principle of communicative orientation, which involves the construction of a language learning process as a process of real communication.
