This study aimed to describe and analyze in-depth the leadership models and leadership strategies of principals applied by principals at SMPN 4 Katingan Hilir and SMPN 5 Katingan Hilir. This research approach uses a qualitative multisite type. The leadership model at SMPN 4 Katingan Hilir is the principal of communicating, guiding, and setting an example. The school principal carries out the vision and mission and the joint work program strategy and builds trust and is involved in transparent decision making. The leadership approach pattern of group dynamics and leadership models are applied participatory models with a democratic leadership style. The leadership model at SMPN 5 Katingan Hilir communicates, guides, directs, and consistently implements joint work programs and supervisors, initiators in realizing the school's vision and mission per the goals to be achieved. Principals build trust, openness, deliberation, and transparency, achievement, and real work. The principal's strategy is a good role model and an opportunity to innovate in sustainable professional development. A situational leadership approach is based on group dynamics, transformationalist leadership models, and democratic (participatory) leadership styles. Researchers suggest that the principal provides moral guidance, direction, and motivation to improve the school's quality and quality positively. For teachers is to continue to develop themselves. The quantitative method with the population and samples from elementary school teachers in KKG group Telawang, Banjarmasin. This research indicates that (1) the objective of improving teacher performance is to realize a good and quality learning process that requires education and training to improve professional competence, performance, and quality of learning, (2) There is an teacher professionalism influence on the performance of elementary school teachers in the KKG group in Telawang Banjarmasin with teacher professionalism, (3) There is an influence between ICT education and training on the quality of elementary teacher learning in the KKG group in Telawang Banjarmasin with the education and ICT training, (4) there is an influence between the teacher's professionalism on the quality of elementary school teacher learning in the KKG group in Telawang Banjarmasin and the professionalism of the teacher, (5) There is an influence between ICT education and training on the quality of buyers teachings of elementary school teachers in the KKG group in Telawang Banjarmasin with ICT education and training, (6) There is an influence of ICT education and training, teacher professionalism, and teacher performance on the quality of learning carried out by elementary school teachers who are members of KKG group Telawang Banjarmasin. Many factors influence it, including parenting, instilling character education by teachers, and applying discipline by institutions. This study proposes to uncover the relationship between parenting patterns, the cultivation of character education by teachers, and the application of discipline in institutions with students' independence in PAUD Al-Hidayah Banjarbaru. The method used is the analytic, quantitative, and verification description. The research instrument used is observation and questionnaire. The research sample is 35 parents of students and 15 PAUD Al-Hidayah teachers as respondents. The study results showed a significant relationship between parenting patterns and children's independence, as evidenced by the number of sig value of 0.003 <0.05. There is a significant relationship between the inculcation of character education by teachers with children's independence, as evidenced by the sig value of 0.001 <0.05. Furthermore, there is a significant correlation linking the application of institutional discipline with children's independence, as evidenced by the sig value of 0.041 <0.55. (2) New student recruitment through tahfidz potential, general knowledge of Islam, and psychological test. (3) Guidance for students was done through formal and non-formal education. (4) Supervision of students was conducted in stages from the subordinates to the superiors. (5) Santri evaluation was done through tests and non-tests. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. Research settings in group B.2 Khadijatul Kubra Kindergarten, Banjarmasin City with a total of 15 children in the 2019/2020 school year, consisting of 7 boys and eight girls. Data obtained from observation techniques teacher activities, children, and the development of aspects of art. Indicators of teacher activities' success when obtaining a minimum score of 8 and a maximum score of 32. Children's activities are categorized as successful if the classical results reach ≥ 76% and above. The development of children's art reaches a minimum category as expected (BSH). Conclusion of the study: teacher activity reaches a score of 32 with a percentage of 100% the category of very good. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. Sample 324 in Banjarmasin elementary schools. Data were extracted using a questionnaire that was valid and reliable and analyzed using Path Analysis. The results showed that: (1) There was a direct contribution between teachers 'perceptions of the effectiveness of the principal's leadership, interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, and school climate (2) There was an indirect contribution between teachers' perceptions of the effectiveness of the principal's leadership, interpersonal communication through emotional intelligence as an intermediary variable in the climate of elementary schools in Banjarmasin City. The research sample was 213 parents and children using a simple random sampling technique. This research is important because speaking skills are a communication tool and a source of information for children. Data processing was carried out through the help of a computer program IBM SPSS version 22.0, hypothesis testing using path analysis. The results showed: There is a direct effect (1) socioeconomic status on parental interactions. (2) Parenting patterns of parental interactions. (3) Socio-economic status of children's speaking skills. (4) The pattern of caring for children's speaking skills. (5) Parents' interaction with children's speaking skills. There is no indirect effect (6) Socio-economic status through parental interaction on anal speaking skills. (7) Parenting patterns through parent interactions with children's speaking skills. The level of parental participation for the success of their children in early childhood education still relatively low. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the relationship between socioeconomic status, expectations, and participation through parental perceptions in education in North Banjarmasin. This research is classified as descriptive correlational quantitative, with 148 research samples taken from 234 parents. Data were taken using a questionnaire and analyzed descriptively linear regression and path analysis. The results of the study concluded that there is a direct relationship between Socioeconomic Status, Expectations, Perceptions, and Parental Participation; there is an indirect relationship between socioeconomic status and parental participation through perception; there is an indirect relationship between expectations and participation through perception. However, some problems are faced by LKP. That is why; the number of LKP which are still operated at present is decreasing significantly. To solve this issue, this research aims to describe several things, such as (1) program planning; (2) program implementation, (3) program evaluation in quality improvement; and (4) the obstacles faced by LKP. The data collecting techniques used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis is done qualitatively by using the model of interactive analysis. It comes in three different steps. Those are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the data analysis result, it was found that: (1) LKP program planning is done every beginning of the year by considering 8 national education standards; (2) program implementation is done by giving 70% practice portion and 30% theory; (3) program evaluation is done through the summative test and partnership evaluation. Meanwhile, the evaluation quality enhancement is done by using 8 standards of national education; and (4) the obstacles faced are the lack of students’ desire for the available program studies so that the programs are then closed. The efforts done by LKP is by giving the job guarantee, provision of dormitories, and innovation by opening the new program studies. From those findings, it is recommended that the head of BP-PAUD Dikmas must create cooperation with the Labor Institution to distribute the LKP graduates. The objective of the study is to analyze some variables that theoretically influence the lecturers’ performance. Those variables are Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction. This study was conducted at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training of Antasari UIN Banjarmasin. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. A research sample of 125 people was chosen randomly from 181 lecturers at the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Banjarmasin. The data collection was done using a valid and reliable questionnaire and analyzed using Path Analysis technique. The results show: (1) transformational leadership, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a direct correlation to the lecturers’ performance; and (2) It also confirms that there is an indirect effect of the transformational leadership and work discipline through job satisfaction on the lecturers’ performance at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin.
