The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze how much the direct and indirect contribution of professional competence through the work discipline and teacher performance to work productivity. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach using the path analysis method. The population in this research was totaling 102 teachers of Public Elementary Schools in Tabunganen Sub-District with a work period over 5 years. Samples were taken as many as 81 people. Sampling used by a simple proportionate sampling technique data collection uses instruments was a questionnaire. The results of this research showed that there are direct contributions of 1) professional competence, work discipline, performance to work productivity; and indirect contributions of 2) professional competence through the work discipline to work productivity; 3) professional competence through performance to work productivity. Thus, variables that can support teacher performance need to be identified to make it easier for policymakers to prepare activities or programs to improve teacher performance. Theoretically, various variables are assumed to have a relationship with teacher performance. To see whether this variable is proven to have a significant effect, an empirical test is necessary. This study analyzes several variables theoretically believed to have a relationship with the performance of teachers. Those variables include the principal's supervision, the school principal's leadership, and work motivation on the performance of Private Vocational High School teachers in Tanah Bumbu Regency. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. A sample of 67 people was selected from 207 teachers. The data were collected using a valid and relia-ble questionnaire and analyzed using Path Analysis. The results showed that: (1) A direct contribution between the supervision of the principal, leadership, work motivation, and teacher performance (2) There is a contribution of principal supervision and work motivation to the performance of Private Vocational High School teachers in Tanah Bumbu Regency (3) There are a principal contribution leadership and work motivation on the performance of Private Vocational High Schools teachers in Tanah Bumbu Regency. This study aims are to describe in-depth and analyze in detail about: (1) Management of teacher resource development, (2) The success of the management of teacher resource development, (3) Determinants of success and failure in realizing the management objectives of teacher resource development at SMAN 1 Katingan Hilir and SMPN 5 Katingan Hilir. Data in this study were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Analyzing data is done qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that SMPN 1 Katingan Hilir and SMPN 5 Katingan Hilir have made good management of teacher resource development in terms of achievement management, reward management, and training and development. In addition, this study also identified several determinants of success and failure of teacher resource management in the two schools. This study aims to analyze the Effects of School Principal Supervision, Principal Leadership, and Teacher Achievement Motivation on the Performance of Public High School Teachers in Barito Kuala Regency. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. A sample of 191 people from 408 teachers spread over 16 high schools in Barito Kuala Regency. Data were extracted using a questionnaire that has been valid and reliable and analyzed using Path Analysis. It showed that: (1) There was a direct influence on the supervision of the principal, leadership of the principal, achievement motivation on teacher performance; and (2) There is an indirect effect be-tween the supervision of school principals through achievement motivation on the performance of high school teachers in Barito Kuala Regency. The research was using a questionnaire to collect the data that has been proven valid and reliable. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using Path Analysis techniques. From the data analysis done, the results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a direct contribution between transformational leadership, interpersonal communication, work motivation, and Teacher performance. Moreover, (2) there is an indirect contribution between transformational leadership, interpersonal communication through work motivation as a variable intermediary on teacher performance in all State Junior High Schools in Banjarmasin Utara Sub-district. Research subjects were sixteen kindergarten students in Group A, Islamic Kindergarten of Bakti 1 Banjarmasin. Fun models used in this study are Make a Match, Picture and Picture, and Talking Stick. The objective is to improve cognitive aspects based on chil-dren's ability to recognize objects around based on function. Analysis of de-script ive qualitative data shows that teacher activity ≥24 is in the \"very Active\" category, student activity ≥82 is in the \"very Active\" category, and learning outcomes show excellent development. Meanwhile, this type of research is quantitative research with Ex-Post Facto design. This research was conducted with a total of 31 school respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 for windows . Data were analyzed descriptively and path analysis. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of parenting on communication and children's social independence in the Kindergarten Cluster Cempaka, Central Banjarmasin District. The study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory methods, including cause and effect. It had a population of 360, and a total of 189 people were selected using a proportional sample technique. The research instruments were questionnaires. To analyze the collected data the researcher used regression and path analysis. The results show that: first, parental role influences communication in the Cempaka Cluster Kindergarten with 0.620. Second, parenting influences parental communication by 0.391. Third, the role of parents influences children's social independence by 0.568. Fourth, parenting parents influence the social independence of children by 0.696. Fifth, parental communication impacts children's social independence by 0.625. Sixth, parents' role through communication has a significant impact on the independence of children, specifically 0.06566. Lastly, there is an influence of parenting through communication on children's social independence of 0.1144.
