Abstract

A teacher has a crucial role in creating a high-quality education in the world. This research aims to find out the school climate contribution to the teacher's performance through work motivation and satisfaction as the intermediate variable. The study focus was on the national junior high school of Tabalong district model, South Kalimantan. There are 132 teachers used as a sample from a population of 199 teachers. The result is analyzed and grouped into four questionnaires.
