The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a research sample of 124 teachers spread across Vocational High Schools throughout East Barito Regency. Techniques Data collection is done by observation and questionnaires. Techniques Data analysis was carried out with simple and multiple regression statistical analysis to describe the influence between research variables. This research is quantitative with cross sectional method and uses correlation research. The research population was 160 teachers and 114 respondents were taken as research samples with random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument and data analysis using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis.  The results of this study indicate that the regression value of the variables is a positive number such as the principal's managerial skills (X1) with teacher performance (Y) of 0.360, the regression coefficient of the principal's managerial skills (X1) with work commitment (Z) of 0.264, the regression coefficient of job satisfaction. (X2) with teacher performance (Y) of 0.259, regression coefficient of job satisfaction (X2) with work commitment (Z) of 0.227, regression coefficient of work commitment (Z) with teacher performance (Y) of 0.262, regression coefficient of principal managerial skills (X1) through work commitment (Z) with teacher performance (Y) of 0.069 and the regression coefficient of teacher job satisfaction (X2) through work commitment (Z) with teacher performance (Y) of 0.059. This study uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The variables in this study include independent variables; implementation of supervision and leadership of the Principal, while the dependent variable is the performance of teachers of Public Middle Schools in the City of Palangka Raya. The population in this study were all teachers from seven junior high schools in the city of Palangkaaya totaling 315 teachers. Sampling is done by using the formula from Taro Yamane so that 176 teachers are obtained. The questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability is used as the main data digging tool, while the feasibility of the data is tested using normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. To find out the contribution between each variable the study was carried out using simple and multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a correlation between the implementation of the Principal Supervision and the performance of the teachers of Public Middle Schools in the City of Palangka Raya. (2) There is a correlation between Principal Leadership and teacher performance in Public Middle Schools in the City of Palangka Raya, and (3) There is a correlation between the implementation of Principal Supervision and Leadership of Principals of Public Middle Schools in the City of Palangka Raya. The type of approach used is a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that (1) The total involvement of all elements of school management in the planning process will be able to realize the implementation of effective internal quality assurance. (2) The existence of official supporting documents (SK, SOP, Job Description and valid measurement instruments) will support effectiveness in implementation and supervision. (3) Availability of competent human resources who understand the main tasks or job descriptions will make the implemented program a success. (4) There is a commitment from all elements of management in producing good quality graduates as well. (5) Supervision that is focused on (input, process and output) and carried out in stages according to the position and level will be able to reduce errors or irregularities. (6) Evaluating activities sequentially through stages and carried out in stages according to position and level will facilitate the process of continuous improvement (Continuous Improvement). (7) Evaluation with Self and Peer Assessment will be able to reduce the quality gap. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the design of several sites with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The stages include reduction, presentation, and conclusions with research conducted at Elementary school Pasar Lama 1 Banjarmasin and Elementary school Kuripan 2 Banjarmasin. The results showed that the implementation of existing programs at Elementary school Pasar Lama 1 Banjarmasin and Elementary school Kuripan 2 Banjarmasin for the program structure consisted of prota and promissory notes and the curriculum structure used RPP. The structure of the activity consists of an introduction, core, and closing. And also to find out the differences in pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, professional competence possessed by PAUD teachers at Shabha Amanah Banjarmasin. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by conducting tests on 16 PAUD teachers at Shabna Amanah Banjarbaru. Data collected technique using questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that pedagogic competence, personality competence, and competence teachers' social skills are included in the good category. And there is no difference in the personality competence of teachers based on educational background. However, there are differences in social competence and professional competence of teachers based on educational background. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between instructional leadership and teacher commitment to organizational climate and teacher job satisfaction.  Using this type of quantitative research with a research sample of 105 kindergarten teachers in TK Strawberry who were randomly selected. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between instructional leadership and work commitment of 0.197. There is a significant relationship between instructional leadership and organizational climate of 0.981. There is a significant relationship between instructional leadership and job satisfaction of 0.4041. There is a significant relationship between organizational climate and work commitment of 0.784. There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and work commitment of 0.188. There is a significant relationship between instructional leadership and teacher work commitment to the organizational climate of 0.769. There is a significant relationship between instructional leadership and teacher work commitment to job satisfaction of 0.382. This study used a qualitative approach with a multisite research design. This research was conducted with three 3 data collection techniques, namely: (1) in-depth interviews, (2) observation, and (3) documentation. This study was analyzed using an interactive data analysis model from Miles and Huberman, with the following stages: data collection, data collection, presentation and drawing conclusions, and checking the validity of the findings using credibility. The research results of this theory show that: the compilation of programs developed at SMKN 1 Banjarmasin and SMKN 4 Banjarmasin which is arranged at the beginning of each academic year by holding meetings with school members and committee heads to design a management program for improving the quality of learning and always make improvements to program planning for each year on an ongoing basis, at the implementation level. Therefore, it is imperative to implement optimal educational innovation and curriculum management processes. There are four management areas used to structure the principles of curriculum, namely planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation. This research describes how the 2013 curriculum is managed at the Balangan Learning Activity Center (SKB) and the Jambu Air Balangan Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM). This is a case and descriptive research with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusions. Structural conflicts including task division and regulation implementation become a problem at State Junior High Schools 2 and 3 Anjir Muara. Therefore, this study aims to analyze dispute types and sources as well as the conflict management in SMPN 2 and 3 Anjir Muara using a qualitative method. Data were collected from the school principals, teachers, and administrative staff using interview techniques. Also, data were analyzed by collecting, reducing, displaying, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that conflict sources in these schools include the task division and regulation implementation for grade promotion, while conflict management is performed by collaboration, accommodation, and compromise.
