The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between instructional leadership and teacher commitment to organizational climate and teacher job satisfaction.  Using this type of quantitative research with a research sample of 105 kindergarten teachers in TK Strawberry who were randomly selected. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between instructional leadership and work commitment of 0.197. There is a significant relationship between instructional leadership and organizational climate of 0.981. There is a significant relationship between instructional leadership and job satisfaction of 0.4041. There is a significant relationship between organizational climate and work commitment of 0.784. There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and work commitment of 0.188. There is a significant relationship between instructional leadership and teacher work commitment to the organizational climate of 0.769. There is a significant relationship between instructional leadership and teacher work commitment to job satisfaction of 0.382. 摘要
