The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by conducting tests on 16 PAUD teachers at Shabna Amanah Banjarbaru. Data collected technique using questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that pedagogic competence, personality competence, and competence teachers' social skills are included in the good category. And there is no difference in the personality competence of teachers based on educational background. However, there are differences in social competence and professional competence of teachers based on educational background. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence of PAUD teachers in Shabha Amanah Banjarmasin. And also to find out the differences in pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, professional competence possessed by PAUD teachers at Shabha Amanah Banjarmasin.
