Relationship of Principal’s Managerial Skills and Academic Supervision Skills through Organizational Climate to Teacher Performance in Public Elementary Schools in Pandawan District

Meanwhile, this type of research is quantitative research with Ex-Post Facto design. This research was conducted with a total of 31 school respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 for windows .
