Meanwhile, this type of research is quantitative research with Ex-Post Facto design. This research was conducted with a total of 31 school respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 for windows . Abstract

潘达湾区公办小学校长管理技巧、学术督导技巧与教师绩效之关系研究
