The quantitative method with the population and samples from elementary school teachers in KKG group Telawang, Banjarmasin. This research indicates that (1) the objective of improving teacher performance is to realize a good and quality learning process that requires education and training to improve professional competence, performance, and quality of learning, (2) There is an teacher professionalism influence on the performance of elementary school teachers in the KKG group in Telawang Banjarmasin with teacher professionalism, (3) There is an influence between ICT education and training on the quality of elementary teacher learning in the KKG group in Telawang Banjarmasin with the education and ICT training, (4) there is an influence between the teacher's professionalism on the quality of elementary school teacher learning in the KKG group in Telawang Banjarmasin and the professionalism of the teacher, (5) There is an influence between ICT education and training on the quality of buyers teachings of elementary school teachers in the KKG group in Telawang Banjarmasin with ICT education and training, (6) There is an influence of ICT education and training, teacher professionalism, and teacher performance on the quality of learning carried out by elementary school teachers who are members of KKG group Telawang Banjarmasin.
