Data from 81 respondents in the Office of Education and Culture of South Kalimantan Province were collected using questionnaires and tested for validity and reliability. Analysis on descriptive statistics and path analysis were based on the calculation using SPSS. The results of this study show that (1) transformational leadership, organizational commitment, achievement motivation and OCB are found in the high category, and (2) all hypotheses are accepted, showing that there is an influence of transformational leadership, organizational commitment and achievement motivation on OCB. Teachers need enthusiasm in working so that school goals can be achieved. Many factors influence morale. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between work commitment, work discipline, and interpersonal communication with teachers' morale in public elementary schools by describing and analyzing them. This study used path analysis with a sample of 139 teachers from a population of 220 Public Elementary School teachers in Daha Selatan District. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression methods. The results show that the relationship between work commitment, work discipline, and interpersonal communication with teachers’ work morale is very hig h. It can be concluded that work commitment, work discipline, and interpersonal communication affect teachers’ morale. Data were extracted using a questionnaire that was valid and reliable and analyzed using Path Analysis. The results showed that: (1) There was a direct contribution between principal's transformational leadership, school climate, work motivation, and teacher performance. (2) There was an indirect contribution between the principal's transformational leadership, school climate through work motivation as an intermediary variable on the teacher performance of elementary schools in Banjarmasin City. It is quantitative research with a causal relationship design. The population was 348 teachers of State Junior High Schools in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. Sampling was carried out using the Proportionate Random Sampling technique to obtain a sample of 186 teachers. A questionnaire was used as the only means of collecting data. Data analysis to test hypotheses using Path analysis techniques. The results of this study are: (1) there is a direct relationship: (a) between attitudes towards the profession and the discipline of work of teachers; (b) between work motivation and work discipline of teachers; (c) between attitudes towards the profession and teacher performance; (d) between work motivation and teacher performance; (e) between work discipline and teacher performance; and (2) there is no indirect relationship: (a) between attitudes towards the profession and teacher performance through work discipline; (b) between work motivation and teacher performance through work discipline at State Junior High Schools in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. This study used a quantitative descriptive method, with a total sample of 91 teachers. The data collection technique used observation and questionnaire distribution. The researcher used multiple correlations and path diagrams to show the relationship between variables according to the assumptions to analyze the data. The calculation and analysis results indicate all statistical hypotheses, where > at the 5% significance level. The study results show that there is a very small sign and a positive effect on the relationship between variables. Suggestions: School principals' supervision should be more planned and done regularly, at least once every semester. Schools need to give awards to teachers who have achievement motivation and high teaching performance. Teachers' perception regarding principal supervision is defined as the teacher's control in teaching and learning activities. The indicator of the success of this study is that the teacher's activity scores ≥ 26 with the criteria of \"very good\", Children's activities are categorized as successful if the classical results reach ≥ 76% with active and very active categories. and minimal child development outcomes category as expected. The child does not know the cause and process of flooding in the child's environment. If this problem is not solved, the child's impact will have difficulty in the development of cognitive aspects. It is necessary to develop learning innovations that can develop children's mental elements, especially in identifying causal causes. This study aims to describe the activities of teachers, children, and research improving children's cognitive abilities in identifying the causes and learning activities of children in sorting the series of images by Picture and Picture Model, Live Learning and Environmental Media. The research method used with class action research type (PTK) is carried out in 2 cycles in 4 meetings. The study subjects were children in Group B Mawar Village Tebing Tinggi Sub-District Simpur Hulu Sungai Regency with several 20 children. The research instruments used are the teacher activity sheet, the child activity sheet, and the child's cognitive development results sheet. Qualitative descriptive data analysis with teachers reached ≥26 with the \"Good\" category, child activity reached ≥64% with the \"Active\" category, and child development results got ★★★ star (Growing as Expected). The results of this study relate to teacher activities carried out following the measures set out. Teacher activity scored 40 with \"excellent\" criteria. Children's activity was classically 95, with a percentage of 82.25% in the \"very active\" category. The development of cognitive aspects of children in knowing the cause of flooding was categorized as very good development (★★★★) with a percentage of 100%. Advice for teachers, it is expected that this study's results can be used as a guideline to improve the quality of learning in cognitive aspects and children's learning outcomes. As a consideration material, the principal provides more support and guidance to teachers to implement the learning model. This research uses quantitative with the explanatory method, namely cause, and effect. This research population is 415, with a sample of 204 people selected by the proportional sampling technique. The research used a questionnaire to collect the data. Data analysis used regression analysis and path analysis. The results show an effect of the family environment on children's cognitive development of 0.248. The level of education of parents is 4,587. Parent attachment is 0.333. There is an effect of the family environment on the attachment of people of 0.459. The level of parental education on parental attachment is 7,682. There is an indirect effect of the family environment through the parental attachment of 0.031. There is an indirect effect of parental education level through parental attachment to the cognitive development of 0.641. Fostering community participation through developing school plans, establishing regulations, and solving problems. The quality of education consists of academic and non-academic achievements.
