This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The sample is 324 in Banjarmasin elementary schools. Data were extracted using a questionnaire that was valid and reliable and analyzed using Path Analysis. The results showed that: (1) There was a direct contribution between principal's transformational leadership, school climate, work motivation, and teacher performance. (2) There was an indirect contribution between the principal's transformational leadership, school climate through work motivation as an intermediary variable on the teacher performance of elementary schools in Banjarmasin City. 摘要

本研究旨在透过工作动机分析校长变革型领导与学校氛围对教师绩效的贡献。本研究采用定量描述方法。样本是班加马辛小学的324名学生。数据采用有效可靠的问卷抽取,并采用通径分析法进行分析。结果表明:(1)校长变革型领导与学校氛围、工作动机、教师绩效之间存在直接关系。(2)班加马辛市小学校长变革型领导、学校氛围通过工作动机作为中介变量对教师绩效存在间接贡献。本研究的结论是,所有研究变量都获得了显著的结果。
