Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression methods. The results show that the relationship between work commitment, work discipline, and interpersonal communication with teachers’ work morale is very hig h. It can be concluded that work commitment, work discipline, and interpersonal communication affect teachers’ morale.
