The authors provide an analysis of the main indicators of the credit market of Ukraine, namely the dynamics of changes in credit risk factors. Such indicators include: the share of the loan portfolio in the assets of banks, the ratio of equity capital to the loan portfolio, the share of loans in foreign currency, the share of overdue loans and the share of non-performing loans, NBU credit risk standards and their compliance by commercial banks. Also, after the analysis, the au-thors proposed an organizational and economic mechanism of credit risk management, which contains such components as: methodical base, provision, levers and principles, indicators, resources, factors affecting credit risk, management and control bodies, the object and purpose of management. After that, the authors outline the main principles of its operation and recommendations for implementation. The diversity of scientific views on the essence of innovation and investment potential has been studied. Based on the generalization of approaches, analysis of the system-forming factor, it is concluded that most scientists understand the innovation and investment potential as a set of investment resources directed to the innovation process. Based on the generalization of scientists' interpretations, it is proposed to define innovation and investment potential as a set of objective characteristics of the country that attract investment in the innovation process and make it possible to increase them to develop science-intensive industries, increase production of high value-added goods and finally - increasing welfare, reducing mortality and natural population decline in Ukraine. Components of innovation and investment potential are analyzed, namely: natural and labor resources, set of investment resources, information and organizational components, innovation and investment policy, public policy, material conditions, search for strategic assets, ability to attract foreign direct investment, new markets. It is determined that the innovation and investment potential should take into account the expansion of the temporal and spatial characteristics of investment by including the hidden opportunities of the national economy. It is investigated that the functioning of innovation and investment potential occurs at certain stages of its reproductive cycle - the formation, implementation, use, preservation and development, which are interconnected and interdependent. The development of innovation and investment potential is a feature of each stage of the reproduction cycle. To achieve the goal, a complex of general scientific and specific research methods was used. During the statistical analysis, the imperfection of the domestic statistical base was revealed, which limits the possibility of retrospective analysis (availability of official statistical data for only three years; loss of statistical data on some indicators in 2020 due to changes in the methodology; incomplete consistency of the structure of statistical indicators collected by the Ukrainian Statistical Service and the European Bureau. The digital economy in Ukraine is at the stage of formation, but it is already characterized by the presence of positive trends, even despite the low indicators of digitalization of enterprises compared to the pace of digital transformation of business in the leading countries of the world. The analysis of the trends in the development of the digital economy should be carried out: firstly, based on official statistical data; secondly, comprehensively, that is, include a set of indicators that describe various aspects of the development of this type of economic system. The study included an analysis of publicly available statistical data. Statistical analysis was carried out both at the national level and in terms of types of economic activity and the size of enterprises depending on the number of employees. This made it possible to identify trends, track national features, and determine progress at the national or sectoral level. However, the trends identified in the article testify to only the initial stages of the development of thedigital economy in the country; and the available potential is not fully activated. The current stage of functioning of the global socio-economic system is characterized by the transi-tion from industrial to post-industrial development, which is accompanied by the functioning and growing development of creative economy, which is a direction of development centered not material but intellectual, creative, human resources trans-formation and implementation through the creation of creative, original and unique ideas, solutions, projects, etc. to obtain new products, products, services, income, success, achieve and increase competitiveness and uniqueness. In view of this, the article examines the concepts of \"cluster\" and \"creativity\" in the article to study the essence of the creative cluster, as well as a scientific review of various views of both domestic and foreign scientists on the definition of \"creative cluster\". multifunc-tional creative space that unites representatives of creative professions and entrepreneurs in the field of art, culture, science to generate ideas. The purpose and tasks of creative clusters in the process of their formation and functioning are considered, the features of creative clusters are given, among which the following are singled out: interaction, specialization, geograph-ical concentration and local orientation, competition and cooperation, resource dependence, innovation, etc. The relation-ship between the processes of creation and functioning of the creative cluster and revitalization is revealed. The growth of its popularity in developed countries is due to both the increase in the volume of such loans by banking institutions and the simultaneous growth of the population's demand for unsecured consumer loans.The article analyzes and compares the indicators of the volume of unsecured consumer lending in Ukraine and Eastern European countries such as Bulgaria, Hungary, Moldova, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. This analysis is relevant because most of the countries of Eastern Europe are fullmembers of the European Union with a developed economy and banking sys-tem. The indicators of unsecured lending of other developed countries -the USA and Germany -were also given for comparison. The total amount of unsecured consumers in the banking system and the amount of unsecured consumer loans per person were chosen as indicators for comparing countries.In addition, the article provides a definition of unsecured consumer lending. The main ad-vantages of the development of unsecured consumer lending for the growth of the country's national economy are highlighted and described. The reasons for the growing popularity of unsecured consum-er lending in developed countries were investigated and characterized.The conducted analysis made it possible to conclude that Ukraine is in the last place in terms of unsecured consumer lending in its region and significantly lags behind not only the most developed countries, but also all the countries of Eastern Europe, except for Moldova. It is noted that, under the conditions of effective functioning and development, NFI can form sufficient investment potential to take a proper place among providers of investment cap-ital in the real sector of the national economy. The role of the state in the development of NFI, in creating favorable operating conditions for all subjects of the financial market in order to activate the processes of attraction and accumulation of financial resources to meet the demand for investments by economic subjects, is defined. The components of resource provision of the investment potential of NFI arecon-sidered and analyzed, and effective ways of filling them were determined. The considered factors that affect the rate of formation and growth of the investment potential of NFI show that it is necessary to strengthen the management functions of the management system in the directions that determine the effectiveness of the functioning of these institutions.
