The role and types of advertising means in the implementation of entertain-ment projects are considered. It was determined that advertising is a complex of all types of promotion methods, each of which has a unique set of approaches to delivering information to the consumer. Modern marketing tools that can be used to advertise services are analyzed. Internet advertising trends in Ukraine were studied and their dynamics were analyzed. It has been studied that the volume of promotion of adver-tising on the Internet, as one of the key directions of its placement, is growing in Ukraine. It has been stud-ied that in general, the online advertising market has been growing since 2021, when due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the peak of the demand for online advertising fell not only in Ukraine, but also in the whole world. In 2023, the Ukrainian online media market is expected to grow by an average of 8% due to in-creased demand for online media advertising in the context of digitalization.The peculiarities of the implementation of projects in the field of entertainment services were determined using the example of the virtual reality club «Dive VR» and the introduction of theSMM-marketer position was proposed as the basis for successful promotion of the club in the city of Cher-nihiv. The insolvency of debtors dur-ing the war led to an increase in the volume of overdue loans and, as a result, a deterioration in the quality of banks' loan portfolios.The article systematizes the problems of the lending market that arose due to the military ac-tions in Ukraine, determines the priority of the introduction of anti-crisis measures to satisfy both the interests of creditors and borrowers.We have identified a number of factors that have worsened the quality of banks' loan portfolios and the creditworthiness of borrowers who have issued loans in recent years. In the article were stud-ied the reasons for the increase in the cost of new loans and the decrease in demand for them. Measures of the loan market regulator to ease requirements for banks in the credit risk management system have been systematized. The importance and main aspects of state regulation of business de-velopment for the economy of Ukraine in wartime has been substantiated. A system of state regulation of business develop-ment has been formed. According to the system methodology, the state regulation of business development should be considered as a system that allows to determine the following: the system of state regulation of business development is a dynamic system that is constantly updated under the influence of changes in endogenous influence; purposefulness is the fundamental basis for the functioning of this system; state institutions form the internal environment of this system, and the implementation of their links and relations with each other and with the business sector is possible only on the basis of re-sources and common interests.The model of state regulation of business development in the context of the system approach has been offered. The priorities of state regulation of small and medium business development in the military economy have been determined. The use of a systematic approach in the state regulation of entrepreneurial activity can form a methodolog-icalbasis for studying the processes of state regulation as a complex system of interacting elements with further substantia-tion of the principles and laws of functioning and development. Large-scale destruction of civilian objects and a significant number of citizens who lost their homes led to migration to safer regions of Ukraine or abroad, which had consequences for the housing market in all regions of Ukraine. An effective response to such turbulence in society and the state requires appropriate elements of the legal regulatory mecha-nism that can quickly respond to the needs of society. Therefore, the state authorities have taken a number of measures and adopted a number of regulations aimed at addressing the housing needs of citizens who lost their homes as a result of the hostilities. However, the scale of the challenges facing Ukraine today requires not ad hoc solutions, but a coherent state policy that will not only solve current problems, but also create the basis for a new housing policy in Ukraine that is more effective and efficient.The purpose of this studyis to determine the peculiarities of the formation and implementation of Ukraine's housing policy during the war in order to increase the availability of housing for Ukrainian citizens (including those whose housing was destroyed or damaged).The article analyzes the peculiarities of the formation and implementation of Ukraine's housing policy during martial law. The influenceof martial law on housing policy is investigated and ways to improve the institutional mechanisms of housing policy in Ukraine are proposed. The main vectors of development of Ukraine's housing policy in wartime and postwar periods are considered. Thefull-scale armed invasion of the aggressor country into the territory of Ukraine transformed the activities of domestic finan-cial institutions, putting them in front of completely untypical challenges that required prompt response. At the initiative of the National Bank of Ukraine, financial institutions of the state introduced “credit vacations” for clients, but this measure has a short-term character. The country report an increase in credit risk and significant losses. The regulator is expected to take a set of measures to support Ukrainian financial institutions, recapitalize banks and establish a grace period in order to restore their competitiveness in the market. In turn, financial institutions make every effort to adapt to work in martial law. This article substantiates the potential of new information technologies in the development of the modern financial technolo-gy market. The authors focus on describing the role of blockchain technologies, Big Data Analytics, cloud technologies, Arti-ficial Intelligence, Internet of Things in the activities of financial institutions. It is proved that the use of digital technologies can speed up and simplify the process of providing financial services, optimize the cost structure of financial institutions,improve their management, as well as increase the level of household trust to the financial institutions. The expediency of forming long-term partnerships between financial institutions and FinTech companieswas emphasized. The essence of the concept of \"corruption\" from the point of view of social, political-economic, criminal-legal and criminological dimensions is analyzed. It is deter-mined that, depending on methodological approaches, corruption in the narrow sense means the possibility of obtaining one's own benefit in the sphere of administrative activity, in the broad sense - the general result of deformation manifestations in the sphere of public administration. Factors that cause corruption risks are analyzed. It is substantiated that in the process of assessing the formation and implementation of national anti-corruption policy it is necessary to apply a number of methods: institutional method, system approach, morphological, phenomenological, comparative-historical, comparative, empirical methods. A number of anti-corruption measures in the context of ensuring the economic security of the statehave been identified in the following areas: preventive, legal, socio-economic, organizational and managerial, adaptive, and transparency and transparency. The tendencies of change of the Corruption Perceptions Index in Ukraine and the rating of foreign countries according to this index are analyzed. Effective assessment involves the application of system methods and assessment tools that will allow to determine potential threats, security requirements, risks and vulnerabilities of the energy system. Therefore, some methods are based on the development and use of key indicators of management efficiency, which allow monitoring the dynamics of the development of the energy system and identifying opportunities for improving its condition. Others are based on the analysis of threats and weaknesses of the energy system, which allow to identify potential threats to the energy system, assess the probability of their occurrence and establish the level of risk. Considering today's challenges, the search for the most effective methodology for evaluating the state's energy security management process deserves special relevance.To systematize methods for evaluating the state's energy security management process and propose the most effective of them, which will make it possible to recommend it for use at the state level. In the research process, such methods as grouping were used, which made it possible to distribute indicators according to the main groups of methods; scientific abstraction -to highlight themain methods; comparison -to determine the methodology that most fully reflects the real state of energy security of the state.The methods of assessment of the state energy security management process have been studied. It was determined that the assessment of the state's energy security management process is a complex task that requires the use of various methods and approaches. Methodologies for evaluating the state's energy security management process have been systematized. The methods of integral assessment, economic analysis, identification of the level of energy security, methodological advice and identification of threats are highlighted. It has been established that each of these methods has its advantages and disadvantages, and the choice of a specific one of them depends on the task, the object of research and the available information.
