Environmental factors affecting the viability and productivity of chickens have beenanalyzed. Data of the experiment has been given and such shortcomings of keeping as loss and high specific weight of dirty and broken eggs have been revealed. The components of the cost price and the change in the cost price of finished products in different periods of poultry breeding have been highlighted. On the basis of the conducted experiment, an explanation has been made regarding the impact of production costs on the cost price of eggs, in particular compound feed. The use of the latest digital technologies in the field of personnel management in enterprises under martial law in Ukraine is analyzed. Theuse of digital technologies provides easier access to resources and the ability to work from anywhere in the world. There is an opportunity to acquire new knowledge, develop skills, increase the level of competence and professionalism. The flex-ibility of employment, the level of technical and social mobility is increasing. An important advantage is the ability to store and transfer information at the international level in real time. Traditional and digital models of personnel management were evaluated. The expediency of using digital technologies in the Ukrainian practice of personnel management has been proven. The use of innovative digital tech-nologies ensures the growth of labor productivity, the improvement of qualifications and retraining of employees, the creation of an optimal environment for the development of each employee, the imple-mentation of an emphasis on the disclosure of the creative potential of employees, the unification of the personal goal of the employee with the goals of the enterprise. It has been established that the important tasks of digital transformation are effective recruiting, continuous training and development of person-nel, and attracting competent, promising employees. Under the condition of effective recruiting in en-terprises, there will be a strengthening of the quality of personnel, an increase in labor productivity, and an increase in the image of the enterprise on the labor market. The experience of successful countries proves that the competitiveness of regional economic systems depends on the ability to gen-erate, implement, and effectively and successfully apply digital technologies in all spheres of activity. Currently, the digitalization of regional economic systems is one of the main components of the strate-gic development of the regions of our country.The article is devoted to the study of modern trends in digitalization of regional economicsys-tems. The main goals are defined, the manifestations and advantages of digitalization of regional eco-nomic systems are clarified. Risks and problems associated with the formation, functioning and devel-opment of digitalization of regions have been identified. The factors of institutional and digital changes are outlined and the trends of digitalization of regional economic systems are analyzed. It has been proven that the implementation of digitization processes will provide an opportunity to solve numerous social problems, which in turn will lead to increased economic, innovative and so-cial development of regional economic systems. It was determined that the leading advantage of digi-talization of regional economic systems is the automation of managementprocesses, which will signif-icantly increase the level of efficiency of regional development management.The authors are convinced that digital platforms and portals facilitate operations, speed up the process of data and information exchange, and facilitate the establishment of relationships and inter-action. For business entities of regional economic systems, digitalization manifests itself in improving the quality of their products, goods and services and reducing their cost, as well as new opportunitiesfor increasing added value and other structural transformations.According to the authors, digitalization of regional economic systems is a continuous process of development of various spheres of activity and generation of innovative technologies. The authors considered the essence and role of innovations in ensuring the competitiveness of universities in the modern educational services market. The article analyzes the Model of Thomas J. Peters, which distinguishes four types of cultures depending on how they affect innovation, action, control or harmony of culture in the organization. The conducted research made it possible to identify and substantiate the directions of transformations in organizational culture to ensure competitiveness and innovative development of educational institutions. The following areas of change in the field of management of educational institutions have been determined: implementation of a business-organization model that stimulates the aspiration of educational institutions to achieve higher standards of professional business management; adaptation of educational institutions to modern challenges and threats, as well as changes in the labor market; improving the autonomy of university teachers in the implementation of didactic and scientific activities. The following aspects of changes in the field of scientific activity of educational institutions were identified: creation of an organizational environment that promotes the attraction of grants from national and international organizations; creation of a culture focused oninnovation and the development of scientific research; increasing the effectiveness of the structural unit responsible for scientific research (R&D department), and for teachers -building effective cooperation with this unit; improvement of coordination,integration and management processes, as well as employee motivation; formation of the culture of scientific activity of educational institutions focused on innovations. The following main approaches to understanding the concept of \"innovation strategy\" have been studied and high-lighted. The classification features of the innovation strategy are systematized, within which their types are singled out and their characteristics are provided. It was found that the innovative strategy of the enterprise's development is shaped by such leading factors as the enterprise's competitive posi-tion, the degree of product uniqueness, the level of innovation potential, etc. The main properties of the innovation strategy are formulated, which include: the formation of a portfolio of innovations that meets the strategic goals of the innovative development of enterprises, taking into account the strate-gic space, the correspondence of the portfolio of innovative projects to market needs, the unification of functional development strategies, as well as permanent cooperation between the employees of the enterprise. The process of forming an innovative strategy for the development of the enterprise has been developed and the consequences of its implementation in the conditions of the spread of digital technologies have been outlined. These resources as a complex constitute an internal financial potential that can be used to form favorable conditions for the intensification of economic processes in the country. The role of public authorities in the transformation of the households’ savings into investment resourcestoday in all developed countries of the world is important, and the implementation of state regulation in this area is objectively necessary to ensure the effectiveness of this transformation in the long term.Within the article, the issue of deepening theoretical provisions of the implementation of state regulation of household savings is considered. Emphasizing the need for the state intervention in economic processes, which is an important condition for the national economy development, increasing socio-economic support of the population, in the article, the essence of this regulation is analyzed.Specifying the content of the category “state regulation of economy” made it possible to state the relationship between state authorities and local self-government and economic processes, determine the place of state regulation in such interaction. The obtained results are used in detailing the essence of state regulation of household savings, which is proposed to be considered as systematic and permanent influence of the households’ functioning to create conditions for the formation of temporarily free financial resources in these economic entities that they have the right to freely use them.The analysis of scientific approaches to the consideration of the state regulation system in general made it possible to distinguish its basic components as follows: methods, tools, levers, and principles (formation and implementation), the mechanism of functioning.
