Students at the junior high school level are generally included in the adolescent phase which is carrying out their developmental tasks for their environment, both in the family environment, around the house and at school. One of the student environments is the school environment where these students have social interactions with teachers, as well as with their classmates. The purpose of this study is to describe how the process of good social interaction for students who have low social interaction in class VIII SMP Ummul Quro Cihampelas during the pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and the techniques used for data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. This study aims to determine the illustration of student motivation in class VIII at Nurul Hidayah Middle School, Pasundan, Cianjur. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative case study. The data collection is using interview, observation and documentation techniques. From the results of the data analysis, group guidance services have been provided with role playing techniques through several stages and are going well. In this problem the counseling guidance service used is group guidance service. The description of group guidance service activities with role playing procedures or role games is a learning strategy as part of a coordinated recreation in creating various opportunities for social-social change, creating real events or events that may arise in the future. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive methodology. Data collection techniques used in the study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources in this study were 2 Class XII students majoring in AKL. The source of the data was obtained based on the results of recommendations through interviews with BK teachers. Academic procrastination results in several unfavorable impacts for the perpetrators, such as being left behind in learning. This study uses research and development methods. This study focuses on presenting the results of  validity and reliability of the academic procrastination questionnaire. The results of the validity test of 35 statements given to 85 grade 9 junior high school students showed that there were 32 valid statements with a validity test value of 0.911 where the number was included in the very high category. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. The purpose in this study is to explain the implementation of group guidance for learners who have low self-confidence in Ummul Quro Junior High School.The subjects of this study were 6 learners (3 men and 3 women) Class VIII at Ummul Quro Junior High School. The information obtained in this review is information obtained through interviews, observations and documentation. Environmental temptations make students negligent in carrying out their duties. Procrastination has become an obstacle to student learning progress. How to anticipate procrastination through group guidance services through Zoom Meetings with Self Management Techniques at MTs al Bidayah. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and giving conclusions. The conclusion of the study is that the counselor encourages the counselee to be involved in the group, explains the rules for keeping secrets, creates internal readiness, facilitates to discuss and explore problems. The results of the evaluation showed a change by increasing the obedience of the task. Student responses are positive. The difficulties are students' distrust, family barriers, zoom and signal techniques. Constraints during guidance are counselors who are not categorized as strata 1, counselor communication with the principal, teacher cooperation with counselors, students do not always follow guidance, parents are indifferent to children. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of guidance services with self-management techniques to overcome academic procrastination of students at MTsN 3 Purwakarta during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The population in the study was 32 students in class VIII E MTsN 3 Purwakarta. Based on the results of interviews with BK teachers and homeroom teachers from the population, there were 6 students who experienced academic procrastination. Collecting data in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of the data analysis, group guidance services have been provided with self-management techniques through several stages and are going well. The technique in collecting data is using observation and interviews. As for measuring tools, researchers use AUM to reveal various problems students are facing. The result of the research is that there are 2 students who have a negative self-concept. The research conducted here uses qualitative methods. The data collection used is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects here are 7 students who have low self-confidence in SMP Negeri 2 Cimahi. Self-confidence can affect individual success both in learning, work environment, family environment, and in social relationships with others. Individuals who have good self-confidence, they have confidence and always try to develop their potential to the fullest and show the best of themselves and are proven by an achievement. Therefore self-confidence can affect the development process of students, but it is often found that students who have low self-confidence in the school environment, they tend not to like the changes that exist in themselves, rarely get along with their classmates, are often alone in class, do not have confidence in themselves. the ability possessed so that when in class the teacher asks questions students prefer to be silent even though they know the answer because of a lack of confidence.
