Environmental temptations make students negligent in carrying out their duties. Procrastination has become an obstacle to student learning progress. How to anticipate procrastination through group guidance services through Zoom Meetings with Self Management Techniques at MTs al Bidayah. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and giving conclusions. The conclusion of the study is that the counselor encourages the counselee to be involved in the group, explains the rules for keeping secrets, creates internal readiness, facilitates to discuss and explore problems. The results of the evaluation showed a change by increasing the obedience of the task. Student responses are positive. The difficulties are students' distrust, family barriers, zoom and signal techniques. Constraints during guidance are counselors who are not categorized as strata 1, counselor communication with the principal, teacher cooperation with counselors, students do not always follow guidance, parents are indifferent to children. Some obstacles are overcome, others require gradual solutions.Keywords: Zoom Meeting, Self Management Technique, Academic Procrastination. 如今,拖延症是学生的一大弱点。环境的诱惑使学生在履行职责时疏忽大意。拖延症已经成为学生学习进步的障碍。如何通过小组指导服务通过Zoom会议与自我管理技术在MTs al Bidayah预测拖延。本研究采用定性方法进行,数据收集技术采用观察、访谈和文献。以数据简化、数据表示和给出结论的形式进行数据处理的技术。这项研究的结论是,咨询师鼓励被咨询者参与到小组中,解释保守秘密的规则,创造内部准备,促进讨论和探索问题。评估结果显示出一种变化,即任务的服从性增加。学生们的反应是积极的。难点在于学生的不信任、家庭障碍、变焦和信号技术。指导过程中的制约因素有辅导员不属于第1阶层、辅导员与校长的沟通、教师与辅导员的合作、学生并不总是遵循指导、家长对孩子漠不关心。有些障碍可以克服,有些则需要逐步解决。关键词:远程会议,自我管理技巧,学习拖延。
