Konsep diri ini dapat bersifat positif maupun negatif, yang nantinya akan mempengaruhi cara individu dalam berperilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik diskusi dalam mengembangkan konsep diri positif peserta didik kelas IX di SMP Karya Pembangunan Pasirjambu secara online melalui WhatsApp. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan layanan sebanyak tiga kali pertemuan. Pertemuan pertama dilakukan untuk mempererat hubungan antara anggota kelompok, selanjutnya dalam pertemuan kedua dilakukan diskusi membahas konsep diri, identifikasi masalah dan strategi pemecahan masalah yang ada. Pada pertemuan terakhir dilakukan evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Dari hasil layanan ditemukan bahwa peserta didik dengan konsep diri negatif yang mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode diskusi secara online di SMP Karya Pembangunan Pasirjambu perlahan dapat memahami dan mengembangkan konsep diri positifnya. The approach in this study uses quantitative research with experimental methods. The design used in this study was pre-experimental with the type of one group Pre-test and post-test design. This study used 7 subjects in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Cipatat T.A 2020/2021. The type of instrument used is a student discipline questionnaire. The results of the study on the final pretest score showed a score of 519 with a percentage value of 62%. While the posttest results showed a final score of 717 with a percentage value of 85%, thus an increase in students after being given treatment. The results of the calculation of the normality test using SPSS 20.0 for windows using a pretest value of 0.200 and a posttest value of 0.200. So it can be shown that the significant value of the pretest is 0.200 0.05 and the posttest is 0.200> 0.05. So it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed (effective). Thus the working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted which reads \"Group Guidance Services with Effective Sociodrama Techniques, Due to the Positive and Significant Influence on Improving Discipline of Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 1 Cipatat for the 2020/2021 Academic Year\". The components contained in emotional intelligence are: self-awareness, controlling emotions, self-motivation, empathy and social relationships. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of students' emotional intelligence at SMK Kimia Dharma Bhakti. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The sample of this research is 100 students of SMK Kimia Dharma Bhakti. The data collection procedure uses a 24 item emotional intelligence questionnaire. Analysis and processing of emotional intelligence data with the Exel program from Microsoft office, and based on the results of the study show that not all of them have high emotional intelligence. The results of this study indicate that online group guidance through sociodrama techniques can increase students' self-confidence. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation studies, and processed using triangulation. The data in this study is the result of interviews with the BK teacher and three samples of students from class X. This service consists of the initial stage, the core stage and the final stage. Service activities are carried out as many as one meeting which is carried out in the classroom. Implementation of service activities runs effectively, where students show the development of a good understanding of the dangers of smoking behavior. The student's response was quite good, seen from the activeness of students when attending and watching the sociodrama that was displayed. The difficulties felt by students in the process of implementing the service existed in a fairly short time and most students did not want to be a group of sociodrama players. The obstacles faced by BK teachers are time, infrastructure and some students who are still shy and awkward so they must be given direction.
