The powtoon application can be accessed online by registering first. The use of powtoon can include material with a variety of animations, can add videos, images, sounds and design customizable text colors. The final result of using powtoon can be saved automatically on youtube which everyone is easy to see. This research is a classroom action research with twenty fifth grade students as the research subject. The initial stage in this study was to conduct initial observations covering three domains, namely the affective, cognitive and psychomotor domains. The results of initial observations in the affective domain were stated to be 65% complete, cognitive 80% complete, and psychomotor 70% incomplete. So, improvements were made in the psychomotor domain in cycle 1, obtained 75% classically complete. Ping-Pong is another name for table tennis and is already popular among the public. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire/questionnaire given to experts/experts to determine or assess eligibility according to the validator's expertise so that it is validated by 3 experts/experts including table tennis material experts, physical education learning media experts, technical and informatics experts. In addition, a questionnaire/questionnaire is also given for users (students) to get feedback from users. The results of product validation indicate that the table tennis learning media \"B-Pong\" is categorized as good and suitable for use in the learning process. This study aims to find out the impact of cycling activities on mental health and self-esteem in the elderly. Metode research used in this study method Causal-comparative research (ExpostFacto). The design used in this study is criterion-groupdesign. This research uses sampling techniques using non probability sampling,i.e. by purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 40 people divided into 2 groups between the elderly who were active cycling and the elderly who were not active in sports. This study used two measuring instruments in the form of questionnaires, namely Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 (WATERSHED 42) and Self-Esteem Rating Scale (SERS). Data analysis is processed using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that there were differences in mental health and self-esteem between elderly people who were actively cycling and the elderly who were not active in sports judging from the t-test with Sig. (2 Tailed< 0.05 by drawing Sig conclusions. (2-tailed) mental health by 0,000 < 0.05 and self-esteem by 0.000 < 0.05. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with survey method. The population and sample in this study were all members of the hockey extracurricular at SMAN 14 Tangerang Regency, totaling 25 people and sampling using total sampling technique. The instrument used was a study a rating scale questionnaire in the form of a checklist. The number of question items in the questionnaire is 21 questions that have been tested for validity and reliability. The questionnaire about mood is divided into several indicators, including fatigue, angry mood, feeling ready, energetic and full of energy, tension, selfassessment, confused mood, depression. Data collection techniques were carried out online using the help of social media whatsapp and google form. Data calculation and analysis in this study through a quantitative approach in the form of percentages. Based on the results of the research, it showed that the mood level of hockey extracurricular members was in the low category, namely the self-assessment indicator (55,2%) while for the very low category the indicator of feeling ready (45,5%), the anger mood indicator (33,8%), confused mood indicator (31,7%), tension indicator and depression indicator (21,6%) and fatigue indicator (17,2%). High estrogen levels can disturb GnRH secretion feedback, prolonging the reproductive cycle, and affecting the uterine. As a condition, it is essential to encourage moderate exercise to reduce fat accumulation and restore GnRH function. Good physical exercise has sufficient rest duration so that the required intensity, frequency, and time are right. This study aims to see how glucose intake affects the body and uterine weight with or without moderate exercise. This research was an experimental study. Healthy female mice, divided into 3 groups, negative control, high-calorie diet, and high-calorie diet with moderate exercise. A highcalorie diet was given by using sonde dextrose 40% as much as 0,325 ml/g Body Weight. Moderate exercise was swimming with a load of 6% BW. Mice were swum together 3 times a week for 4 weeks. The duration of the first week of swimming was 5 minutes, the second week was 7 minutes, the third week was 11 minutes and the fourth week was 15 minutes. The result of this research was the uterus weight (p=0,051) did not show a significant difference between groups. However, uterus weight in the high-calorie diet group was higher (0,19gr) than a high-calorie diet with a moderate exercise group (0,14 gr) and negative control group (0,11 g). The vagina swab result (p=0,045) that there was a significant relationship between groups. Providing relaxation exercises in the form of progressive muscle relaxation and slow deep breathing can be a non-pharmacological effort to improve sleep quality in pregnant women. This study aims to analyze the effect of a combination of progressive muscle relaxation and slow deep breathing in pregnant women of third trimester. This research method is pre-experimental designs with a pretest-posttest control group design. The number of samples was 24 pregnant women trimester III with the sampling technique using consecutive sampling. The independent variable is the provision of progressive muscle relaxation and slow deep breathing exercises which are carried out for 3 times on a week over a period of 3 weeks. The dependent variable is sleep quality which is measured using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index questionnaire. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results showed a decrease in the mean value in the direction of improved sleep quality by a difference of 4.5 in the experimental group. Whereas in the control group there was an increase in the value which led to a deteriorating sleep quality by a difference of 1.42. The test results showed a difference in the pretest and posttest of the two groups p = 0.000 (p <0.05). This type of research is development research by applying five steps, namely 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, 5) evaluation. The number of respondents who reviewed teaching materials was 3 experts, 49 students. The instruments used to obtain data about the quality of teaching materials are questionnaires and tests. Performance tests are used to determine student learning outcomes between before and after using learning video media teaching materials during the field test. Product validation results by content experts with a total percentage of 90.00% with very good qualifications. The results of product validation by learning media experts with a total percentage of 90.00% with very good qualifications. The results of product validation by learning design experts with a total percentage of 93.30% with very good qualifications. The results of student research on the feasibility of the developed video media showed a percentage of 92, 62% which was the average of the individual test, small group test, and large group test where these results showed a very good category. Field results show that the video media developed has a significant influence on student learning outcomes and higher effectiveness. The results of the paired sample t-test from the pre-test and post-test showed sig (2-tailed) .000 which was smaller than the standard probability of .005 while the N-Gain results showed 6 students were in the medium category and 24 students indicated the high category. So as educators, there are many methods and strategies that can be used in the learning process. Every educator is given the opportunity to facilitate the learner's learning experience by using a student-centred approach. This study aims to develop a \"games 3 on 3\" learning technique in volleyball games for students of Physical Education, Health, and Recreation, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University. The research method used is research and development. The development research used is the Borg and Gall model. The stages of activities in this research are needs analysis, planning, development of initial product drafts, initial field trials, revision of test results, small-scale product field tests, product revisions, large-scale field trials or feasibility tests, and final product revisions. In the expert validation stage, there are two validators, namely volleyball game experts and physical education learning, this stage obtained an average value of 68.9% in the cognitive domain, 70% in the psychomotor domain and 72.9% in the affective domain and entered in the category is sufficient and can be continued in field trials by improving learning products in accordance with suggestions and input from the validator. The total sample is saturated with the sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples, while the research sample is 156 students. Students' perceptions of course activities in the KPLP are stated in the Enough category. This is evidenced by the average acquisition of the questionnaire, namely student perceptions of course activities in the KPLP stated in the Enough category. The instruments used in this study were guidelines from interviews, questionnaires or validation questionnaires for 3 experts, and the system usability scale (SUS) to determine the usefulness of the media determined by the user as a product user. The result of the product obtained is that the percentage of floor exercise material experts is 80.77%, physical education learning media experts are 81.25%, and technical and informatics experts are 80.77%. From the results of the three expert validations obtained an average of 82.51% this indicates that the gymnastics learning media \"GYMBASTECH\" is categorized as good and feasible to use in the learning process. The results of the response to the use of the gymnastics learning media product \"GYMBASTECH\" obtained an average of 58.44%, so this product is categorized as good. Based on the results of the three experts, and the product usability test using the system usability scale, the product in the form of gymnastics learning media \"GYMBASTECH\" is said to be feasible and can be used in the gymnastics learning process.
