Through practice-based course learning, it is hoped that students' attitudes of responsibility will be better. Because in practice-based courses not only aspects of skills are developed, but the formation of other aspects is developed in it through movement activities. The need for a learning model with an online concept that matches the characteristics of the student's attitude of responsibility so that the problems encountered can be handled appropriately.The researcher tried to unite the Hellison learning model and the Project Based Learning (PBL) model, considering that the researcher chose the helison model, which is one of the social reconstruction models that is suitable for problems regarding the attitude of responsibility, from the results of data analysis in this study, the probability value (sig. ) for responsibility is 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected, meaning that the Hybridization of the Hellison and PjBL models between the before and after tests has a significant effect on responsibility in the experimental group. Thus the Hellison model and the PjBL learning model are applied to foster students to understand the attitude of responsibility when participating in learning and practice a sense of personal responsibility (self-responsibility) which is packaged in a practicebased online learning.","PeriodicalId":34660,"journal":{"name":"Halaman Olahraga Nusantara","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45242146","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study aimed to analyze high-intensity physical exercise at interval intervals (HIIT) for changes in resting pulse and abdominal circumference in overweight young adult women with sedentary lifestyle. Subject is a lot of 20 people aged 21-30 years into 2 groups. The treatment group by performing HIIT and the control group without performing HIIT. Physical exercise with an intensity of 90% of the axial heart rate (HRmax), at intervals. Exercise is done by pedaling ergocycle for 10 seconds at a speed of 100 rpm and 50 seconds with speed 50 rpm, done alternately (intervals), with a total time of 20 minutes. Exercise is done 3x /week or as many as 8 sessions in 3 weeks. The data in this study was taken before and after treatment, in the form of a resting pulse (HR rest) and stomach circumference (LP) measured in position parallel to the navel. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the average value of HR rest between groups (p≥0.05), while LP indicated that there was a significant decrease in the HIIT group (p<0.05). The conclusion in this study is that HIIT effectively lowers the stomach circumference of the treatment group and also has a tendency to decrease the average HR rest.","PeriodicalId":34660,"journal":{"name":"Halaman Olahraga Nusantara","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47522943","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The accumulated impact of decreased physical fitness causes an increase in the percentage of fat so that it puts an excessive burden on the performance of the heart and skeletal muscles in their activities. A solution to overcome concerns about the impact of PJOK online learning is proposed through tabata training with the interval method. Tabata is a physical activity by utilizing several workout movement items using the body's internal load on the limits of active and resting motion. The research method used an experimental method with a randomized pretest posttest design with a control group. Total sample was 15 students in each group was obtained, so that the total sample required was 30 students. Tabata exercise protocol using 8 squats, planks, mountain climbers, push ups, lunges, jamping jacks, back ups, and high knees for 15 meetings. Measurement of fat percentage using a skinfold caliper Data analysis using paired t-test. The results show that there was a significant effect of Tabata training on fat percentage.","PeriodicalId":34660,"journal":{"name":"Halaman Olahraga Nusantara","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47520263","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
