Political, economic, social, spiritual phenomena and processes influence the field of higher education. In modern society, the role of the university is perceived as a mission, which implies its special purpose. The mission statement briefly and clearly reflects the concept of the existence and development of the university. The structural elements of the mission are highlighted, its close connection with the values of state and public life is noted. The main idea of the mission is often expressed in the university motto. The ways and means of implementing the mission are comprehensively covered in the university’s program documents. Important documents are ethical codes that regulate the spiritual side of the life of the university community. The vision of its mission by the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the University of Tokyo is considered. Based on the study of both universities websites, a comparative analysis is carried out. Jacobson has been studied, the ideas of which are associated with structuralism as a method of cognition, semiotics as the science of sign systems and poetics as the general semiotics of the text. We analyzed the main components of the R.O. Jacobson concept, which based on the linguocultural aspect of textual criticism. His complex and dialogical view of semiotics and the unique features of his research paradigm are summarized. When considering the category “complexity”, attention is drawn to the modeling of the “meaning – text” model in the aspect of bringing the science of language closer to the sciences of the anthropocentric cycle. Consideration of the similarity and contiguity of metaphor and metonymy allowed R.O. Jacobson should consider that any metonymy is endowed with a slight metaphorical shadow, and any metaphor has a metonymic coloring, and highlight a formal method of research, which represents the merging and transformation of two different processes of thinking – humanistic and scientific. The scientist considered linguistic consciousness to be in some way derivative of ethnocultural consciousness. since it clearly reflects the ideas of Eastern and Western people about the world within a separate national-cultural tradition, building its own scientific view, defining the features of the organization of discourse. This is most clearly manifested in audiovisual media in general and television in particular. Based on the method of content analysis, the historical-functional method, as well as taking into account the theory of carnival proposed by M.M. Bakhtin, examined various aspects of the manifestation of carnival in modern screen media. The obvious presence of such essential qualities of carnival as equality (democracy of the “golden age”), inverted hierarchy, the presence of special symbols, the removal of restrictions (taboos), fun, laughter, deception is noted. The conclusion is made about the totality of carnivalization characteristic of mass media today. The decrease in the effectiveness of traditional approaches in marketing creates a need to find new tools for promoting sports products. Approaches to understanding the sports industry and sports marketing are analyzed, the author’s interpretation of these terms is given. The intensive consolidation of competition in the sports market actualizes the role of marketing activations implemented by its subjects. The direction of community marketing in the field of sports attracts attention. It was revealed that communities are a platform where members can make new acquaintances among like-minded people. The current trends in community marketing in relation to various areas are considered, the goals and objectives of the direction are disclosed, the conditions necessary for the existence of brand communities are considered. The relevance of the study is ensured by considering the practice of companies in the field of community marketing in promoting sports brands. The most striking cases of the Adidas brand in the use of community marketing are analyzed. We conduct an associative experiment in order to identify animalistic metaphorical models “Coronavirus is ...”. We analyze the themes of the received metaphors; we offer the author’s classification of metaphorical models with the sphere-source “animals”; the psychological impact of the coronavirus on the individual is comprehended. The results of the experiment are interpreted on the basis of a phenomenological approach using the methods of questioning, quantitative analysis and document analysis. The resulting metaphors demonstrate the diverse content of the source sphere “animals”; they can be grouped on different grounds (by common features, by national-specific features, by principle of sound and graphic similarity). The analysis was carried out taking into account the tasks set by the Government of the Russian Federation to improve the legislation governing forensic activities in Russia. Particular attention is paid to the modern trend of opposing state and non-state experts. It is noted that the redistribution of the workload between state and non-state forensic experts in favor of the former entails an increase in budget expenditures on material and organizational support for the activities of state forensic institutions and an increase in the time for producing expert opinions. A reasoned opinion is expressed about the inadmissibility of functioning in forensic linguistic examination of closed methods that are inaccessible to experts, specialists and participants in the trial. Attention is also paid to the methodological lacunae available in expert practice, which must be filled with expert techniques based on scientific verified linguistic methods, and the position is substantiated that closed methods prevent verification of the correctness of the application of one or another methodological position by an expert. The purpose of the study is to reveal the reasons for the ignorant nihilism of so-called “titular nation” in relation to the “undeveloped” or “non-indigenous” peoples. As an alternative, a project is proposed for the creative construction of the Russian state on the basis of preserving the right of each peoples to their own culture as part of national language. Its special status is not always associated with the point date of the emergence of a nation or a particular national language in the era of capitalism. It is determined by long process of formation of the original language culture, starting from Ancient Rus’ and the formation of the Russian Empire up to the present, characterized by devastating consequences of an unprofessional view of the problem of language construction. Free interpretations of the concepts of state, regional, non-territorial languages, languages of nationalities or native language and attempts to fit the norms of modern state life under the category of exclusivity of a certain nationality, one ruling class, one religion or language of communication in the conditions of interpenetration and interdependence of modern cultures are criticized. It is substantiated that a proverb is a special statement with the help of which stereotyped assessments and recommendations are formed regarding typical life situations in the language, since proverbs express the basic mental attitudes of ethno-linguistic consciousness. The structure of paremiological units includes various types of lexical units that act either in their direct meaning, or lose their lexical meaning and are used in a figurative sense, but in either case they participate in the formation of a paremiological picture of the world as a fragment of the general language national picture of the world. It has been established that the national specificity of the semantics of proverbs is reflected in the presence in their structure of nominations of cultural realities, attitudes of spiritual and moral values and ethical normative stereotypes. Shigurova","doi":"10.20310/2587-6953-2023-9-3-479-489","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20310/2587-6953-2023-9-3-479-489","url":null,"abstract":"The study relevance is due to the need for a comprehensive interdisciplinary mechanism analysis of transposition in the language, which generates a huge layer of grammatical and lexical-grammatical homonyms, as well as syncretic (peripheral and hybrid) structures that allow economically, but capaciously expressing thoughts and feelings of a person. While studying the steps of adverbial transposition substantive word forms, the patterns of interaction between semantic and grammatical in the formations structure explicating in typical contexts the core and periphery nouns zones and the peripheral and nuclear substantive adverbs formed on their basis were revealed. On the example of the word form “boon”, different degrees of its departure from the nouns class and approaching the adverbs class are demonstrated. As a applying result the methodology of oppositional analysis and indexing, it has been established that in the zone of the adverbs core it finds, on the one hand, 0 % of the correspondence of its differential features to the original nuclear noun “boon” features, and on the other hand, 80 % of the correspondence to the differential substantive nuclear adverb “circle” features. The idea is substantiated that 100 % correspondence of the properties of different prototypical adverbs in the structure of any nuclear adverb is unlikely due to individual semantic and syntactic differences of adverbial lexemes, including their accentological features. A significant component of the media system is new media, the typology of which has not yet been fully implemented. The purpose of our study is to seek, as a first approximation, to form possible approaches to the typology of new media, as well as to give a brief description of the main types. The study is aimed at analyzing the Russian-speaking sector of new media in order to determine the features of its development and already established or emerging types. Typology is carried out on the basis of such features as the purpose of creating media, features of authorship, features of content (thematic focus, genre and species originality) and audience orientation. In the course of the study, we come to the conclusion that new media can be largely attributed to the types of media already described, however, they have unique features that make it possible to supplement the existing typology.
