Accordingly, this is due to the fact that there are a number of disciplines, which in turn require the direct presence of students, one of which is physical education. Given the above, it should be noted that the purpose of this work is to analyze the basic tools and mechanisms for the implementation of physical education classes in higher education, in the context of distance learning. To achieve this goal, the article used a list of methodological tools for research. Thus, an important role was played by functional and systemic methodological approaches, as well as the method of analysis and synthesis, the method of comparison, the method of analysis of scientific literature. The main results that were obtained directly as a result of the study are both theoretical and practical principles of organizing physical education classes for students in distance learning. Accordingly, at the beginning of the work the essence of the basic theoretical concepts of the researched question, and also their signs and properties were established. If we talk about the practical component, then it analyzes the main approaches and tools used by Ukrainian free economic zones at the moment. The article stresses that this allows gaining knowledge on circular economy by specialists of various profiles and directing their professional activities towards solving strategic environmental problems in accordance with the goals of sustainable development of society. Curricula and forms of training in the following areas are analyzed: environmental engineering and energy, waste management economics, alternative fuels and waste energy use, air protection and environmental management systems, water supply security systems. Analysis of the curricula of such training in different areas allows us to state that the training lasts no more than two semesters, is carried out by correspondence, which provides an opportunity to combine training with professional activities. Among the forms of education, preference is given to lectures, given the novelty of the subject and the lack of relevant educational and methodological literature, textbooks and more. It should be emphasized that the training process uses the latest documents and programs of the European Union. It is shown that this problem is becoming increasingly important for Ukraine, as the restoration of Ukraine after the war will require such specialists to develop it. It is determined that the process of professional training of any specialist is a reflection of changes and changes in society. High-quality professional training of social specialists also contributes to the establishment of the profession itself, and the competence of the specialist affects the effectiveness of social work. The essence of practice as the main component of professionalism, personal and professional growth of the future specialist in the social sphere is considered. Difficulties in organizing the internship are emphasized (lack of a social worker as a specialist or lack of appropriate professional education, unclear definition of his professional responsibilities, inconsistency of the general activities of the social institution and the content of the social worker's professional activities, unwillingness to hire students). Forms and methods of working with students at the stage of choosing the base of practice (meetings-presentations in the institution councils, independent work, volunteering) are offered. The basic principles of organization of practice are defined and characterized (feedback of theoretical training and practice, consistency, continuity, dynamism, field functionality, perspective, freedom of choice, cooperation). The concept of creativity has been disclosed; the conditions and opportunities for its development have been revealed. The problem of subjective well-being has been considered. The vision of creativity by researchers from different countries of the world has been represented: as the ability to create original and adaptive products; applicability and usefulness in resolving problems at hand; changeability over time and due to cultural and socio-economic realities; as a source of new technologies, methods and techniques of social work and productive ways of their application. Methods and techniques for development of creativity at foreign language classes have been suggested: asking open-ended or challenging questions; encouraging students to talk freely on various topics; finishing unfinished stories; creative writing in the form of self-invented stories, poems, plans, inventions; development of projects, etc. The methods and tools for improving and promoting future specialists’ creativity have been represented. The impact of creativity on subjective well-being at foreign language classes has been stated and considered. The effect of creativity on subjective well-being has been disclosed. The concept of well-being has been revealed as the state of being or doing well in life; happy, healthy, or prosperous condition; moral or physical welfare of a person or community. The place of professional pre-higher education in the structure of the modern education system in Ukraine is highlighted. The main attention is focused on the analysis of the leading features of the development of professional pre-higher education in Ukraine in the conditions of sustainable development of society, among which the author singles out the creation and approval of the legal framework for educational services in this area; standardization of training of applicants for educational and professional degree «professional junior bachelor»; introduction of the competence approach and principles of student-oriented learning in educational activities; active involvement of experts, scientists, various business entities in the development of standards, modernization of the system of professional development of teachers for professional pre-higher education, expansion of the existing network of vocational education institutions with training and production infrastructure that meets modern requirements. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the introduction of professional pre-higher education in Ukraine opens wide opportunities for lifelong learning; Adult education is becoming more flexible, as a person will be able to obtain several vocational education at the expense of the budget during his or her lifetime. Current scientific and methodological works on the researched problem are generalized. The educational-professional programs of the first (bachelor's) level are analyzed, according to which future computer science teachers study on the content of different types of practices. The adaptive, didactic, developmental, diagnostic, prognostic, communicative and reflective functions of practice are presented. Propaedeutic and industrial pedagogical practices are singled out, each of which is aimed at the formation of professional competencies and allows students to realize themselves as teachers. The diagram shows the relationship between academic disciplines and propaedeutic practice on the example of the educational program of Rivne State University for the Humanities. The tasks of practice in a secondary education institution are specified. Pedagogical practice is presented as: a method of teaching aimed at consolidating awareness of psychology, pedagogy, computer science and methods of teaching; a means of developing students’ personal and professionally significant qualities; a form of combining the educational activities of students with the pedagogical work of a computer science teacher in a secondary school. Causality is presented as a connection between events, where one event is the cause and the other is the consequence. The analysis of biology textbooks on the possibility of forming cause-and-effect relationships was carried out according to the following criteria: structuring the main content of the textbook, its systematization and classification; the use of terms and concepts that form the foundation of each subject, act as the main form of knowledge and thinking of students in the subject area; types of tasks as mandatory components of the methodological apparatus of the biology textbook. Analysis of biology textbooks gives grounds to conclude that each of them has certain features, forms, methods that contribute to the formation of students’ cause-effect relationships. However, in no textbook we have not observed a comprehensive construction of content based on the disclosure of cause and effect relationships of biological processes, natural phenomena. The problem of selection and selection of the main, establishing causal links between the structure and function of objects and processes in biology textbooks needs to be studied and solved. The article analyzes the experience of University College London (UK) and the University of Gohenheim (Germany) in preparation of lecturers for research-based teaching. The essence of the basic concepts «HyFlex training» and «HyFlex organization of foreign language training» have been clarified. Based on the analysis of the scientific and pedagogical literature, the term «HyFlex learning» is defined as a form of learning in which one part of the students is present (physically) in the auditorium, while the other simultaneously participates in the learning process remotely (online). The concept «Hyflex organization of foreign language training for students of specialties 013 «Primary Education» and 012 «Preschool Education» is considered as a purposeful, structured set of actions of subjects of the educational process (lecturer and students) aimed at flexible provision and receipt of educational services with the purpose of achieving the results of foreign language training, which are determined by the educational and professional programs of the specified specialties. HyFlex foreign language training is aimed at expanding, improving and enriching the flexibility of education seekers in the content of their foreign language training. With the help of a complex of theoretical methods (analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, specification), the HyFlex technology of foreign language learning for students of specialties 013 «Primary Education» and 012 «Preschool Education» was determined. Its purpose is to create favorable conditions so that students could to master a foreign language effectively, taking into account the objective risks of nowadays (pandemic, war, etc.). The tasks and outcomes of the Hyflex technology of foreign language learning for students of specialties 013 «Primary Education» and 012 «Preschool Education» are correlated with the Educational and Professional Programs of the specified specialties. The structure and logic of the Hyflex organization of foreign language learning for students of specialties 013 «Primary Education» and 012 «Preschool Education» was determined, which includes the following stages (components): organizational-target, activity-procedural and evaluation-refective. {"title":"READINESS FOR INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF HEADS OF GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS AS A COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL CULTURE","authors":"V. The purpose of the study was to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the state of readiness for innovation of heads of general secondary education institutions as part of professional culture. The hypothesis of the study was based on the premise that the readiness of GSEI leaders to implement innovative educational and management technologies is based on such a component of professional culture as continuous training in formal, non-formal and informal education. Objectives of the study: to analyze the state of readiness of the leaders of GSEI for innovation; experimentally prove the research hypothesis; identify the most important pedagogical conditions and make recommendations to increase the readiness of GSEI leaders to innovate at the level of GSEI. It was found that GSEI leaders have a sufficient and high level of readiness for innovation. The pedagogical conditions include the presence of positive motivation for professional development and self-development of GSEI leaders in the conditions of formal, non-formal and informal postgraduate education. The necessity of creation and implementation in each GSEI of the program and methods of development of readiness for innovative activity of pedagogical collective which would be directed on improvement of professional-pedagogical, scientific-methodical and administrative skill and self-educational activity of heads and teachers is proved. An important recommendation is to create a modern communicative environment in GSEI, in which the subject-subject interaction of the head with teachers in the system of «tutoring – coaching» will take place.
