But in recent years, over-deflection of beam in this bridge has become an serious problem. This may cause the redistribution of displacement and internal force of the whole structure, especially in dynamic load status. A twodimensional pile-soil-bridge model is built up in ANSYS based on a factual bridge. The over-deflection is considered as the decrease of beam elastic modulus. The displacement and internal force of key parts are analysed in static and dynamic vehicle load. The study shows that over-deflection will reduce the first three natural vibration frequency, weaken the sensitivity of bridge to dynamic load. On the basis of analyzing the service level of freeway and the principle of trigger point mechanism, this paper has constructed time decision-making model of freeway reconstruction and extension and put forward the application method of the model. It is extremely challenging to locate and recognize barcodes when the background is cluttered and the illumination is uneven. In this paper, we propose a hierarchical framework for 2D Data Matrix recognition and further introduce the 2D barcode recognition system based on the proposed method. The superiority of this framework lies in three folds: 1) it is robust to unbalancing illumination, geometric deformations and affine transform; 2) barcode region localization is performed to make the system robust to clutter background and to save computation complexity; 3) the floating DSP hardware platform guarantees the decoding accuracy and speed to attain a leading level. This paper used the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process which integrated the advantages of both Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and AHP. Based on the Fuzzy Theory, some evaluation factors that are difficult to quantify and whose boundaries are unclear have been quantified. In actual evaluations, Delphi Method is used to quantify the qualitative factors. The establishment of the criteria weight sets uses AHP. According to the principal of the forewarning system, the evaluation criteria system was established. Finally, an illustration is given to show how this method works. To overcome this problem, statistical models such as neural network, fuzzy logic, decision tree etc. have been widely used on such accident data to analyze road crashes. In this paper we present a road safety evaluation method based on the clustering neural network. This method first learn the history data, after it is stable, it can be used to evaluate the road safety. Then these feature parameters are used to train BP neural network for fault pattern recognition.
